Very comfortable bed
Smelled of smoke in the hallway ( 2nd floor). Laundry cart out, trash bags filled and out in the hall, bags of dirty linen, all in the hallway at 7pm

I booked a room on booking.com for Oct. 24,2025- Oct. 25,2025 I was charged 73.14 on my debit card. But when I checked into the hotel, I was told that they were unable to access booking.com. I was then processed as a walk-in and charged $80.00. I contact the hotel to receive a refund of the $80.00. I have not heard back from them. They tried it again the next day but I showed them where I paid on booking.com without incident.

Everything smell like smoke though the whole building
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This hotel is beyond my wildest dreams disgusting. From the moment you step inside, you feel like you’ve entered a health hazard zone. Unless you want to leave with staph, a nasty virus, COPD, or asthma, do yourself and your family a favor and stay anywhere else.
The level of filth and neglect is shocking—it’s not just dirty, it’s dangerous. The air feels toxic, the rooms look like they haven’t been sanitized in years, and every surface leaves you wondering what kind of bacteria is lurking there. I cannot fathom how this place continues to pass inspections or remain in business.
It’s simply not worth the health of your family. Spend your money on a safe, clean hotel. This place should be shut down, not taking people’s money.

Toilets broke lids and shower bath is something I wouldn’t wash a dog in
Service staff is not bad at all but the owner is a rude disrespectful hateful and if you have a problem she don’t have the time to do anything to either understand or read if you have a papered service dog and thinks she is all knowing have stayed here for multiple years
Had to stay due to hvac issues and have service dog came in from car it was over a 100 degs and due tripping I am not required to have her on lease she is hand and verbally controlled with out any questionable behavior and yes is registered as well and was a dog handler so started yelling at me not asking but being rude to the point her husband had to step in. I tried to get her to understand and came to her with Ada. Rulings on the subject but didn’t have time to learn or read
Had also asked staff to fix toilet and could go in room left for the day returned to it not fixed sent a 18 19 year old to fix well wasn’t next morning I had to change shoe after using bathroom and for 3days said fixed. After another morning of being verbally harassed and disrespected again addressed issue again and her fix was she didn’t want me to stay because I did nothing but cause her grief and have complaints I checked out and will never enter this place again let’s not for get about the drug traffic and smelling dope being smoked it’s both
Of you want to here how bad people are and do and double rooms are at min with towels

The ac and microwave were good
The whole hallway smells of smoke and they have “new “ policy’s posted on the door with paper that doesn’t match the website and there are stains on the chairs and beds
Upon entering the hotel, there was a distinct smell of mold/mildew that flowed over into the room, so much so that when we got back home our clothes and c-pap smelled like it. Every time we left the room, our room cards would no longer work. The beds were barely comfortable. If you're looking for somewhere where comfort, or the room being updated is not an issue then this is your place! It's cheap and its basic.
The smell, the problem of our room cards not working every time we leave the room.
It was close to where we were going.
It would to have been nice to have 4 bath towels in the room, especially if you were going to use the pool.
Good location
The rooms need upgrades.The carpet smells like urine . I was switched out to an upgrade room. I did encounter a roach. I didn’t like the fact that guests hang outside around your door.
