An OK place but some better organisation and nice staff needed.
Pros:

Great location right on the waterfront. My room including bathroom was good. Clean and secure. Bed was fine, air con worked well. Breakfast was nice but the restaurant was over crowded when the hotel is full with no crowd control or help from staff to manage it.

Cons:

Tiled floors in corridors mean lots of noise from wheely suitcases really in the morning. Lift noise was very apparent from my room.

Possibly a big misunderstanding of food and drink rules in the pool area and differing cultural norms that left me quite annoyed. I had drunk 2 cans of beers at a poolside table. I was observed by a number of what I thought were management staff or hotel owners who were inspecting building work being done or to be done with a builder. They did not indicate any concern with what i was doing. I was not being loud, obnoxious or rude to anyone, simply minding my own business and having a drinkand reading a book in the afternoon. I went to my room and got a couple more. Another staff member took it upon himself to loudly berate me in portuguese (as i tried to explan that i didn't understand what he was saying), waving his finger in my face. I felt like a school child being scolded. Not nice and not a way to treat a visitor. I am mystified as to why have a pool area with tables and chairs if you can't drink a beer. As a visitor I decided not to make an issue and went across the road on the waterfront, But weeks later I'm still highly unimpressed with that man's behaviour. Happy to leave Olinda after that. I would not stay again, ever.

No lo recomiendo, no es nada parecido a lo que ofrecen!!

No me gustó caso nada, el personal era amable es lo único que podemos rescatar

Las fotos son engañosas. Todo es viejo y le falta mantenimiento.
Nos dieron una habitación en subsuelo que ventilaba a un pasillo, muy pequeña. El agua salía fuerte y caliente pero perdía agua atraves de la mampara y inundaba el baño. No había champú, pedí y nuncae trajeron no había mantas solo sábanas el estacionamiento estaba lleno y nos hicieron dejar el auto en la calle. A la mañana no pudimos desayunar no había mesa y casi nada que comer. Evidentemente había un evento y estaba lleno de gente y no tuvieron en cuenta a los demás huéspedes. No recomendaría alojarse ahí hya por el mismo valor lugares mucho más cómodos y con mejores servicios
