Exellent value and location.
Pros:

A gem of a hotel. Good value and location. I will definitely return when I re-visit Naples.

Cons:

Close to the departure end of the airport but it didn't really bother us.

Pros:

Location and room size and cleanliness

Cons:

the A/C wall unit is loud (and really old). and why can’t you pay at the bar or breakfast restaurant by credit card ? Who carries cash ? And why is the hotel charging an additional 10% on top of those charges ? I understand that these are different establishments but it should be a service for the guests

Excellent. Room was superb!
Pros:

Beautiful for the price. Room was fantastic; top end. The most comfortable large bed, large bathroom, excellent facilities. Just a truly lovely stay and we will definitely be back!

I stay in hotels often, worst experience I have had.
Cons:

I didn’t like being given a room with someone already staying in that room. I also didn’t like being treated disrespectfully by the person at the front desk.

Tolles Hotel sehr schön gelegen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Wunderbares großes Zimmer mit Blick zum Yachthafen. Das beste Hotel bisher auf unserer Reise. Ein sehr gutes Café mit wunderbarem Frühstück gleich im Hotel. Kostet zwar extra, aber war jeden Cent wert. Würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
