Agradable y tranquilo, muy buen hotel
Pros:

Muy buenas instalaciones, la vista al muelle es espectacular y el lugar donde está ubicado es bastante bonito. Facilitan bicicletas, sillas y sombrilla para la playa, sin costo. El desayuno, aunque con costo, delicioso y de buen precio.

Cons:

La recepcionista de la noche parecía amable pero no supo orientarnos adecuadamente con respecto al alquiler de botes (estaban al frente y no nos notificó) y nos dijo q no hablaba español cuando después nos dimos cuenta de que sí, sabiendo q era para nosotros un esfuerzo hablar en inglés

The best hotel in Naples.
Pros:

This hotel is amazing on every level; so beautifully decorated, well equiped, sparkling clean, huge rooms, super comfortable mega-kingsize bed, great bathroom and shower with premium shower products....I can only talk in superlatives about our stay! The room is just to die for: facilities and decorations make you feel more than at home, big balcony with lovely views...Coffeemaker and everything you might need in the room, utensils like cutlery, glasses cups and even a corkscrew ;) Plenty of storage room and beautiful furniture, everything is in pristine state and so clean, bravo to the housekeeping! Rooms cleaned and towels/showerproducts renewed daily.Staff is very nice/helpful/professionall and sweet, they make you feel very welcome.Free bikes to explore the neighbourhood, a free shuttle that can take you everywhere in the area you ask.Free water bottles daily and free pool towels at the front-desk.Pool is beautiful, quite big and overlooking the beautiful port.There is a delicious breakfast restaurant and tiki-bar on site.And just next door 2 amazing restaurants.Prices are more than reasonable for a very good quality in all these venues.Neighbourhood is beautiful, you are just a short walk/drive to everything.Beach is 5 minutes by car or not even 15 minutes by bike. The hotel is right on the beautiful yacht harbour so you can also go there for a pleasant stroll. There is also a big and free parking-lot at the hotel. It is just a very relaxing piece of paradise.

Good location! Near 5th & 3rd street with lots of shops & restaurants. Nice, clean & quiet for our stay. Our room is 319 has a beautiful view of the bay, with balcony, large room with small kitchen. We had a nice & comfortable stay for 5 days
