Location is great

Cons:

Very old and loud Ac unit. Not comfy bad ,so soft and dated. Dirt under bed and leftover pills bottle with pills in it. No sink
In bathroom only outside in the room.

It’s a lovely place and you can see how the well to do live.
Pros:

It was right on the marina flanked by two restaurants. Big room with a tiny but adequate bathroom, kitchenette. It’s part hotel and part private units.

Cons:

Expensive but it’s a nice area. Everything was an add on including breakfast. I was on the 3rd floor and noticed the second day that the egress outside stairways were all posted as unsafe by the city. Serious safety concern.

Cons:

The bad attitude from the man at the front desk. The sign hanging over the stairs rallling cautioning with black visible letters that stairs had been determined to be unsafe and there was no alternative offered to get to the 2nd floor. The parking is a nightmare. I would like to send a picture of the warning sign hanging on the stairs rallling. Expensive for what they offering.

Pros:

Great remodeled room. Good being right next to Dock restaurant. Went there 3 times. Loved the view of the boats

Ok, Naples is lovely and it’s in nice location
Pros:

Location was nice and cafe was great

Cons:

Pool needed cleaning and didn’t fancy drinks served in paper cups, bit weird tikka hut.
Shower poor with very poor water pressure and cleaning left a bit to be desired, on top of fridge was greasy and hadn’t been cleaned for a while
