Hotel Villas Sayulita

DO NOT BOOK. This hotel has closed. We received no notification of the closure.

We arrived in Sayulita on one of their busiest weeks at night to find that it the hotel we had booked for the week was closed. Website, phone numbers, email addresses all deactivated.

Trip Advisor refunded us our payment in full. However, we had a very challenging time finding alternative accommodations since we received no notification of the closure.

THIS PLACE IS SHUT DOWN! We arrived after a very long travel day with our toddler and the hotel was closed/condemned. Do not book. We are attempting to get our money back still. It was a very rough start to our vacation. The place was in terrible condition and totally trashed. DO NOT BOOK

After our 2nd of 5 night stay. We were forced to leave the property because people were taking it over (cartel). They said we could stay somewhere else but we didn’t feel safe so we left. Waste of money and time

Quiet oasis, with pool outside our door, air conditioned rooms. Attentive staff.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Location is about a 10min walk to downtown and a block away from the beach. The room wasn’t spotless but it was clean. WiFi wasn’t the best but we didn’t mind since we were there to disconnect and relax. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Luisa. We rented a golf cart for the day through the hotel which was very convenient. We had an issue with the cart and it left us stranded. Once we got back to the hotel Luisa was trying to find us another cart so we didn’t miss out on our hours. Since it was late we decided to use the cart the following day. Luisa made sure the cart was ready for us. Would definitely recommend to stay if you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy quality time with family or friends.

We had the best experience from the moment we walked in. We were immediately greeted by Antonio. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean and hotel was so peaceful. I will be definitely coming back. You gotta try the smoothies every morning and take a walk on the beach! I loved this place!

The staff at this hotel is super friendly and welcoming. Any time my family and I had a question or needed help calling a taxi they were super helpful.

Amparo and Alondra were amazing, helpful and friendly. The place is absolutely beautiful and cute. It’s like staying at a small tropical resort. The hotel is very clean, and well kept up. Highly recommend staying here. The city is fun and lively .

The scenery of the hotel is breathtaking, so many beautiful plants and wild life. Can’t wait to come back. Would definitely Recommend to anyone.

Just got back from an incredible week at Hotel Villas Sayulita. It's the perfect spot for surfers and anyone who loves a vibrant atmosphere. The location is unbeatable - steps from the main beach break and surrounded by delicious local eats. The staff were awesome, super friendly and always down to recommend hidden gems or help with surf lessons. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, exactly what you need after a long day catching waves. They have a nice little pool to cool off in too. Overall, if you're looking for a fun, social, and affordable place to stay in Sayulita, this hotel is the right.

we stayed at Hotel Villas Sayulita for a romantic getaway and it was wonderful. The hotel has a real Mexican charm with colorful decorations and a peaceful courtyard. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved spending mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee, listening to the sound of the birds. The pool area is quiet and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after exploring Sayulita. While it's not right on the main strip, it's just a short walk away, so it felt nice to be tucked away in a quieter corner. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples looking for a relaxing and charming stay in Sayulita.

Mi estancia en Hotel Villas Sayulita fue una experiencia inolvidable. El hotel es hermoso, el personal es amable y la ubicación es perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí como en casa. Disfruté de la piscina, del jardín, de la playa y el restaurante del hotel. También hice muchas excursiones y actividades gracias a las recomendaciones del personal. Hotel Villas Sayulita is a no-frills hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are basic but clean, with everything you need for a short stay. The beds were a bit on the firm side for my taste, but nothing a good night's sleep from the nature surrounded couldn't fix. The best part about this hotel is definitely the location - you can't beat being so close to the beach and all the action in Sayulita. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even have a surfboard rack on-site which was convenient. If you're on a tight budget and prioritize location over amenities, then Hotel Villas Sayulita is a good option.
