Everything was excellent, big patches of sand burrs out in parking lot. Ended up with one in the carpet that I found in the morning. Ouch !!!

Very pleasant except for the aforementioned front desk employee!
Pros:

The facility was very nice and Ruby who was working some of the time we were there was extremely friendly!

Cons:

The other person working the front desk(not Ruby) was totally rude/disrespectful. I don’t know what her name was but she needs to take lessons from Ruby on how to treat guests!
