Suited me perfectly for my trip. Nice to be able to go to a gym and have a spa. Comfortable bed and relaxing

I arrived very very late and the duty manager was extremely helpful in helping me with late access. Lovely lady .

Pros:

Excellent location with proximity to the train, the Metro, RNSH, Coles & a variety of eateries. The studio room was clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped. The bed was comfortable.

Fabulous location and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Location outstanding - very close to train station and buses, close to metro. many cafes and supermarket nearby. Housekeeping was available daily but was rather unpredictable. The executive studio was huge, clean, and quiet. The lighting was good for working, with blackout curtains for sleeping. The jacuzzi and gym were great. Coffee machine and pods very much appreciated. Cooking equipment was in good supply. Queries were promply resolved by reception staff.

Cons:

Some detail about what cleaning is included in the daily housekeeping. The swimming pool was freezing (unheated)! The temperature in the large jacuzzi was very pleasant in comparison. There were no handles on the wardrobe door which had to be opened at floor level - very strange
