Very clean
They closed the pool due to all the athletes staying over the weekend but that’s why we booked this hotel. Very disappointing, I’ll stay someplace where we can swim next year.
Nothing
When arrived found out pool was closed for the whole day. One of the beds had hair in the sheets. Asked for them to change sheets, never seen anyone waited around d over 20 mins.
Bathroom had hair on door. Dresser in bedroom had food crums all in the drawers. You could everything that was going on in the halls to loud of a place. The elevator on 3rd floor one was not working I got in door shut and wouldn't move so I had to push all buttons to get off. I told the lady and she said her sign fell down she went to put sign up she hung it on wall. Took over 5 mins to get a elevator to get off the floor. Very icky place.
To start, my family and I have been staying at this hotel for nearly two months due to a house fire. We’ve been doing our best to navigate an already difficult situation, and while we’re grateful to have a place to stay, our experience has left us with mixed feelings.
First, I truly want to recognize three front desk staff members who have been absolutely amazing. They have gone above and beyond to be kind, generous, and helpful during our stay. Their positivity and compassion have genuinely made a difference for us during a very stressful time, and they are the reason many days here have felt manageable.
That said, there have been ongoing issues that have been extremely disappointing. Since the first week of January 2026, we’ve repeatedly been told by the general manager that the pool would be ready “tomorrow,” “next week,” or that it was just waiting on health department or corporate approval. Unfortunately, weeks have continued to pass with the pool still unavailable. Staying here long-term with two children under 10, this has been especially frustrating. They’ve been so disappointed not being able to swim at the hotel where we are living temporarily. Instead, we’ve had to pack up and walk to a neighboring hotel to use their pool, which is inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially in the winter.
I have interacted with the current GM several times, and he has always been kind and transparent about the situation. I do appreciate that. However, the repeated timeline changes and lack of resolution have been frustrating, and it seems like this situation stems from issues prior to his time.
Another ongoing issue has been the ice machines. Nearly every machine on multiple floors has been out of order at different times, requiring resets or maintenance. As a guest, it’s frustrating to search floor after floor just to find ice, often without success. The only consistently working machine appears to be in a staff-only area, which obviously isn’t accessible to guests.
Given our experience, I would not recommend this hotel for long-term stays, especially for families with young children. While some staff members have been exceptional, the ongoing maintenance and amenity issues have made an already challenging season of life even more difficult.
Breakfast was good
Sink in the kitchen drained slowly
The continental breakfast was above par. Overnight oats and chia seed cups in addition to eggs and sausage.
Quiet
No food nearby
The room is clean, and Melissa at the desk is very helpful makes the check-in smooth. The only complain I have is I find out the day of check-in that the pool is not operating. The kids and my husband are so disappointed!
i didnt get whatg i paid for, staff Emily was ruled as hell towards us
Spacious rooms. The hotel was easy to access on and off I90.
Comfortable bed, great amenities.
The toilet seat was broke. It took me awhile to get hot water in the bathroom sink before I realized the faucets were backwards. There was a small amount of trash in the kitchen trash can when we first arrived.
Staff were very kind and friendly.
Overall very clean hotel with a great breakfast buffet
Floors in room sticky .. shower was not clean items in the shower rusted . Other than that ok
