It was perfect. besides the small thing about the blankets
Pros:

How close it was the the shopping area of Myeongdong. The staff were amazing and always resetting the room so it was clean after a long day of exploring.

Cons:

The blanket seemed a little dirty under the blanket covers. I held it up against the light and saw a bunch of brown spots in the blankets.

Pros:

All...everything....staff was very nice, helpful and when I told them I dont lime my room coz it is facing a bldg, they moved us right away. The staff met us in our room and accompanied us in our new room.

Location was great and so easy to go anywhere esp the underpass and Lotte mall.

The restaurant Arirang, next to us was so good but pricey and staff do not speak that much English but I love their food.

There is a weighing scale for luggages which helps us figure out if we are okay as far as luggage weight is concern.

The staff helped us book our airport taxi.

Hotel is very clean and smells good always.

Cons:

The hotel doesnt have enough space to park during taxi drop-off which is a minor issue.

The restaurant inside the hotel is pricey and not much selections.

Add more toiletry items like facial mask, body scrub, etc.

立地と値段で見るとコスパは良い
Pros:

ホテル前までタクシーを呼べる、地下街にすぐ入れるなどの立地
朝食のメニューは2種類を交互に出されている感じだが全体的に美味しくメニュー数も満足

Very clean and very well situated.
Kind and helpful staff, I want to give a special thanks to the cleaning staff they were so nice and friendly.

The dryer is not working very well, it’s too long we had to dry them in the room because it close early
