Preis & Leistung fragwürdig

Nachdem wir Zimmer mit Aufpreis getauscht haben, waren wir zufrieden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss vor Mülltonnen & zu Strasse, sodass man Fenster nicht auflassen konnte.Unsere Bitte ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen wurden utopische Preise verlangt! Bis Stephanie kam & etwas entgegen kam.Da wir eine Woche gebucht hatten war es uns wert.
Ferner gibt es keinen Kaffee &Teestation am Frühstücksbuffe man muss es bei den Kellnern bestellen
Kommunikation war schwierig da nicht alle Kellner Englisch konnten.
Frühstück war kein Niveau von 4 *
Im Zimmer sind Wasserkocher & zwei Teebeutel die nicht nachgefüllt werden.
An der Rezeption wurde für einen Teebeutel 1 € verlangt

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick über den Ort. Hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Hinweis: Ich war an einem Montag im August in Ponte di Legno und es war schwierig überhgaupt ein Restaurant zum Abendessen zu finden, entweder weil die Restaurants Urlaub oder Ruhetag hatten. Da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.
