El personal es muy atento y el hotel es muy acogedor.

Cons:

El precio es un poco alto para la oferta, honestamente. La cocina también deja un poco que desear, es muy normal como para denominarse cocina de autor. Creo que deberían bajar los precios o poner un punto más de calidad en todo.

Excelente ubicación y muy amables. La cama muy cómoda y el comedor tiene unas vistas increíbles. Muy cómodo que tenga restaurante. Baño bien equipado

Algo de frío, aunque teníamos un calefactor en la habitación, y el parking y el acceso están lenos de nieve, por lo que resultó difícil aparcar y costaba meter el equipaje.

En la descripción de la habitación indicaba que tenía una cama en en cuarto aparte (tipo suite) y por ello elegimos pagar más. No fue así, era un monoambiente. Descripción confusa e incorrecta

This was our first stop of our road trip around Madrid, and was an excellent.
