Pros:

No elevator. Small showers. Bad AC. Rude staff

Location,location, location.

Cons:

1. 5+21 stairs - no lift.
2. AC very very very bad - doesn’t cool the room.
3. Showers too small.
4. Staff - very rude.
5. Breakfast is the worst.
6. The reception told us we can check out at 11:00, but at 10:25 the manager banged on the door and yelled at us in a brutal and aggressive manner.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war top. Man hatte von der Terrasse aus einen perfekten Blick auf den See/Berge und die Veranstaltungen und konnte die Musik auch von oben genießen.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren super lieb. Konnten sogar sehr gut Deutsch verstehen und sprechen. Unser Anliegen wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt. Wir waren also sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war hin und wieder sehr laut. Wurde sich zwar sofort drum gekümmert und hat auch geklappt. Aber es kam dann immer mal wieder. Und ging dann auch wieder. Leider hat’s beim reinkommen ins Zimmer etwas nach Abfluss gerochen. Allerdings nur in einen von unseren Zimmern. Bei unseren zweiten Zimmer war es nicht.
Das Frühstückbuffet war zwar sehr lecker und ausreichend, aber dennoch wäre etwas Abwechslung auch gut gewesen.
