נזילה מהמזגן הפילה חלק מהתקרה האקוסטית במהלך הלילה והתקלה טופלה במהירות רבה. אפילו קיבלנו את הלול לתינוק ללא עלות כפיצוי למרות שלא ביקשנו.
בריכה מעולה, אוכל מעולה, צוות מעולה ונחמד. הרבה חנייה.

Werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Hoffen aber, dass obige Bemerkungen Anlas geben für Änderung.
Pros:

Hatten Familienzimmer, sehr grosszügig und mit zwei Balkonen. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und in genügender Menge vorhanden.

Cons:

Zimmer parfümiert, braucht es nicht. WC stinkte sehr nach Urin, wurde dann nach Reklamation nachgereinigt. Treppe und Gang zu Zimmer wurde schon lange nicht mehr gesaugt. Beim Frühstück wurde alles mit demselben Lappen "gereinigt". Kübel für Tischabfall wurde innen mit demselben Lappen wie auch aussen und auch auch mit demselben die Tische gereinigt. Dies alles ohne jemals den Lappen ausgewaschen zu haben.

Junior suite con terrazza con una vista sul lago e piscina stupenda. Colazione varia e abbondante. Proprietari e personale gentile. Ampio parcheggio esterno. Possibilità di posto auto nel garage. Camera pulita e letto comodissimo. Bagno grande con ripiani.

Cons:

Poca privacy sulla terrazza. Distanza dal centro di Malcesine, anche se davanti all'hotel è presente la fermata della corriera. Sarebbero apprezzate le veline e il bicchiere in bagno.

Schönes Hotel in idyllischer Lage ''weitab'' vom Trubel in Malcesine.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viele selbstgemachte Speisen (Focaccia, Kuchen etc.) Ausserdem ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant. (Sehr tolle Pizza Auswahl) Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und durchweg mehrsprachig!
