A tiny and expensive room
Pros:

The location is great-the Ubahn is outside the door.

Cons:

The room was tiny. 4 people in a 20sqm room is hardly a “suite” as described. Whilst a hotel is entirely self check in and all staff interaction was remote. The hotel is the room.

Check in should have gone easier. The keypad didn’t work well to sign in. We even pre signed in and out QR code wouldn’t scan either.

Great location for self sufficient travelers only
Pros:

The bed was a comfortable little nest, and even though the room was tiny, there was clever storage spaces to tuck things away. I like the location, so close to Karlsplatz metro and tram lines, as well as an underground mall with everything you could need. The free baked goods were such a nice treat. The shower was great.

Cons:

This is one of those hotels where nobody really works and it's all done via screen. But if you have a question or an issue, you're out of luck. They say to call at any time, but it's a German number that isn't on whatsapp, so an expensive call. The incorrect code to enter the room for luggage for storage was sent (the numbers were inverted in the email), but luckily we found a cleaning woman who told us the real code. You're supposed to tell them if you want your room cleaned, but there's no way to do it easily. A hotel should have at least one employee around! Also, there's no smoking area so the outside of the hotel has a bunch of people crouched and smoking at all times, and it's kind of a gross gauntlet to walk through to get to the building.

Value for money at the center of Munich
Pros:

The location was excellent, the room was clean, although rather small, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and perfectly adequate. Overall, it offered good value for money.
I would have preferred having someone at reception rather than handling everything through an app. However, this appears to be the concept nowadays and a growing trend, so there is little to complain about.

I would have preferred having some staff present at reception rather than handling everything through an app. That said, when I needed assistance and called the help desk, my call was answered immediately and the support was very helpful.
A small refrigerator in the room would have further enhanced the overall experience and taken the comfort level up a notch.

Perfect location, Smart and clean rooms, I would stay again in a trip without car.
Pros:

Clean, small but super smart rooms, great shower, very practical.

Cons:

Check-in was troublesome, it was not possible to access the garage and park before check-in, family had to wait in the car outside in an ugly back street. Totem was defective and took long time to fix, needed to call and and get support but it took long time to fix.

A basic and clean hotel right at the doorstep of Karlsplatz in central Munich. Walking distance from the central train station as well as Marienplatz. Tons of restaurants and shopping just around the corner. We had to self check-in ourselves and there is no 24 hour reception available on site. No breakfast either. But overall fair value for money in central Munich.
