We arrived at this property right after landing in Rome. Central location, great staff, clean room. The rooms are not large, and there is no elevator in the building we were in. This hotel is basic and great for an overnight. Breakfast in the morning was good for a continental style.

Although we had paid to spend 2 nights here we stayed for just 1 and moved to another hotel. We had practically no sleep as the hotel is near a very busy road and there was traffic all night. The room was tiny and we had to manoeuvre round our cases as there was nowhere to store them. We couldn’t see out of the window while sitting on the bed (which was the only place to sit )There is no lift but the receptionist did carry our bags upstairs for us. No kettle in the room. Felt a little claustrophobic

Modest hotel with limited facilities, okay for a single night. Room was adequate with air conditioning, mini bar and a good but very small shower. Price was about right for time of the year. Short walk to nice restaurants and also to train station.

I recently stayed just one night in this lovely clkean hotel on my way to France. The accomodation was excellent and we even had a small garden in front of the room! Service was friendly and kind and the bar service too was great. Walking from here to the town centre was only 10 minutes.

Ben tenuto nonostante sia un edificio datato. Camera pulita e silenziosa. Molto gentili e accoglienti sia al telefono che alla reception. Ottima la scelta di lasciare a disposizione dei clienti delle biciclette!

Pleased to find this place at the last minute. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was extremely good. A little off the town centre and waterfront, but nevertheless excellent value for money

..in a quite locale off a main street with parking available on the street or in their garage for an extra 10 euro. Walking distance to the ferry to Elba. The hotel has been updated, clean and well kept and offers a very good breakfast and Wifi. Our room had a small balcony which is always nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Walking distance from hotel to to ferry port to Elba (20min.)...
Only 3 minutes walk from hotel or ferry port to the old town of Piombino with its historic center - and continue to Piazza Bovio for an evening stroll and late dinner.. would stay there again.

Accueil fort sympathique : le réceptionniste toujours prêt à rendre service et à vous renseigner sur quoi que ce soit concernant la ville.
Toutefois, il est vrai que la position de l'hôtel lui-même (qui est séparé d'une dizaine de mètres du bureau d'accueil) peut surprendre, mais cela passe vite.

Pretty average experience:

On the plus side we could park our car in front of the hotel and the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, the bed and linen were decent quality. On the minus side the decorations and room fixtures were tired and in need of upgrading; the noise insulation in the room is absolutely minimal.

All receptionists (morning, afternoon, and night time) are polite and so kind. This is their most attractive point.
The hotel is in center the city, but not so noisy. Even if our room was economy room, but there was airconditioner. The room were so clean.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel, but it felt like an average choise while the other hotels within our trip have been exceptionally great. The garage was nice to have and the room was clean and spatious enough. We found only few issues with the hotel. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Also, the key for the front door didn't work but rather I was able to backlock the door so that one couldn't unlock the door from inside with the unlocking system.
