Great location. Very clean. We ate out but the place had a well equipped kitchen. So many places to eat in the area. Felt safe and secure at all times

The rooms are big, quite and clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! The kitchen was a great addition, but it would be even better with a table and a couple of chairs on the balcony. Also, having an iron and ironing board is essential for guests staying for a week or more. The only downside was the slow wifi, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience

Very quiet neighborhood street with plenty of shops to get whatever you need. The restaurants nearby are all great.

I had to move to another property bc of a water issue and thought they would kindly give me some sort of compensation for having to move in a 15 min time frame. Other than that, it's in a nice area!!

We booked this property for 2 days stay. Unfortunately, our flight delayed for one day, and then arrived late night when the office was closed. The Art Suites team was very helpful. Clara assured us someone would be there and Mojo came gave us the key. They also kindly moved our reservation one day late, so we did not have to find another hotel. We really appreciate their help.
The unit is nice and big, especially very clean. The neighborhood is convenient and very safe, we walked out to have dinner and back after 10PM, nearby restaurants still full.
Overall, we give a 10, and highly recommend.

The apartment was great for our two weeks in Buenos Aires. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals (i.e., a pot, a pan and more). The only thing I wish I knew beforehand is that cleaning during the stay isn't included. But a broom is provided and the apartment was spotless when we arrived.

Recoleta is a very nice location to stay. Very safe both during the day and at night, with a lot of life at the local restaurants and bars (although the road is the hotel is not very noisy)

This is a great unit and the staff were friendly and helpful and it's too bad that management has not updated the furnishings. When I first walked in the place seemed quite "dumpy" and unappealing. The bed was so/so. This impacted us when we'd come home after long days of walking and seeing the sights as there was no comfy place to relax.Sofa and easy chair needed replacing years ago!

This is a great spot in a quiet neighborhood. The apartments are spacious,
. Great amenities, including water jets in the bathtub. The staff are always helpful and attentive. Just make sure you download and use WhatsApp, as it is their primary form of communication with updates.

Liked: Good location, lots of space for the price.
Disliked: Their web site stated incorrectly the presence of 24hr reception when there was rarely any reception person present. If fact it was difficult to make any contact with them even by phone or email. Efforts to confirm our registration were difficult and stressful. The said they would confirm by email which they never did.Their website also indicated breakfast when none was provided. Also said baggage storage was available when it was not.

I was surprised when I walked into the apartment. It was perfect and just what I needed. It was large and spacious and had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others! I already have 😀
