Pros:

Beds were comfortable, haven’t slept that well in a hotel in a long time. Room was clean. My son enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good, and what I expected from hotel food options. Stayed here for a college visit to Mizzou. Will stay here again when we are in the area in the future.

Pros:

They were having computer problems at the front desk. The shower didn't work well at all. But the worst was they had a mattress pad that was a mattress liner with the sheet on top. It felt like sleeping on a piece of vinyl.

Pros:

Huge blood stain on rug, cobwebs on ceiling, tub flooded while showering ( it wouldn’t drain), AC was not working properly. It smelled musty. I was terrified I would see a roach next. Do not book here!

The property was well kept. The staff was genuinely nice. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was a notch above other hotel chains. There were many choices for Breakfast. The two things I didn't like was the bed made too much noise. It sounds like the bed sits on a metal pan and the parking is almost non-existent in the front of the facility and can get crowded in the back of the hotel. Other than those two minor setbacks we were overall pleased with our stay for 6 days.

Pros:

Check in was easy, room was very clean and properly filled with amenities and bathing supplies. Toilet was a bit loud in my and next door room but, absolutely worked properly. Very good breakfast and convenient for highways and restaurants. Check-in staff was excellent. Housekeeping very well done.
