It was conveniently located right off the exit fairly new hotel. By the way it looked very quiet. Would stay again.

They all good
Pros:

Location was nice, the pool looked good, even though I did not use it, really never sleep well away from home, but it was no fault of the best western or staff

Cons:

I could hear wake up strips on I-70, and lots of big trucks were on them, oce again no fault of the hotel or staff

Best breakfast ever made by Cortez
Pros:

This was a very clean Inn and the staff was friendly, especially Cortez who makes the best breakfast we have had on our whole trip from Surpris, AZ to Indianapolis, IN. It was a delicious fresh tasting breakfast and he kept counters clean and made sure nothing ran out.

How close it is to restaurants, shops and their cheaper prices than the applications

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean it had hair at the top in the shower and when I turned on the A/C a very ugly smell came out for a long time apparently they didn't use that room for a long time it was annoying

I found my ben to be uncomfortable. The mattress was too soft. I didn’t sleep well. The drain in the shower was semi clogged and didn’t drain well.

Not acceptable, not even a little bit
Pros:

I was here last week for a night, because it was all I could take.

I stay at BW Hotels about 30 days a year and it really pisses me off when I go there and more often than not, an Idian inn keeper gives me a blank stare like so....I shouldn't have to ask for the recognition. At this place, the Indian innkeeper could barely speak English. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Then the ants, and I suspect the management knew of them because it was a widespread problem. Not only would I never stay here again, but am reexamining my nights at BW. They have a serious quality control problem! If you complain to corporate BW, they don't give a s***.
