צוות המלון עשה כמיטב יכולתו לעזור בכל דבר והיה שירותי ומקסים. מיקום מרכזי בעיר העתיקה. שהינו במלון פעמיים ובפעם השנייה שדרגו אותנו לחדר פרימיום שהיה מדהים. בחדר הרגיל יש סאונה לשימוש

המלון אפלולי וכך גם חדר האוכל. בחדר אוכל אין מזגן ובתקופה שאנחנו היינו היה מאד חם ולא נעים

Wiederholter Aufenthalt, gute Lage, wird nicht besser

Gute Lage direkt am nördlichen Ende der Altstadt.
Gutes Frühstück.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Insbesondere Lison ist super und hat mir bei einigen Problemen sehr geholfen.

Cons:

Es gibt Zimmer die ein Schimmelproblem haben und stark riechen.
Insgesamt muss das Management auf den Zustand achten, langsam ist einiges in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.
Die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum scheint außer Betrieb, es ist definitiv zu heiß. Da hilft auch ein Ventilator in einer Ecke wenig.

Cozy hotel with good staff

This is the first time I have stayed in this hotel. In my point of view, this hotel has a big difference between other hotels at the old quarter: big, cozy room, and friendly staffs,... Specially Alex, who checked in and checked out for us, a young man in the reception, he really good, always help you with a smile. Highly recommended for everyone when come to Hanoi.❤️❤️❤️

Lovely stay in middle old quater
