Zentrale Lage, gut ausgestattetes Gym, schöne Dachterrasse.
Da die Gegend und auch das Haus an sich hellhörig/ laut sind (mitten in der Altstadt und unweit der "Partymeile"), werden einem sehr gute Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung gestellt. Die haben alles abgehalten.
Verbesserungspotenzial beim Frühstück und Service aber es wurde direkt und sehr zuvorkommend auf Kritik eingegangen.
I highly recommend this hotel. We got an amazing suite. Its location is excellent in the heart of the old city. The breakfasts are wonderful and varied, and the service manager, Kevin, and the rest of the staff are very helpful.
The hotel is in a great location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and the property is comfortable, very clean and well managed.
The highlight of our stay, however, was the warmth of the staff who looked after us so well. Mr Kevin was a great source of information and obviously cares about his guests’ experiences and safety while staying at his hotel.
All the staff were professional and friendly, and we particularly enjoyed very high quality service in the restaurant from Billy.

We changed to MK hotel after a horrible night in near by hotel. The room was clean, lots of room and smelt amazing. It was such a relaxing stay. I was able to have a good night sleep. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. They even let us look at the room before booking. Location is also very convenient. Will definitely recommend this place in old quarter.
The grateful stay with incredible staffs, which is the most memorable through our stay, specially Lison her helped us a lot during our stay with plenties of nice places around like train street, souvenirs and coffee really reasonable price.
The breakfast could have more options will be better, not have much Indian foods and English breakfast tea as an optional.
Room is a spacious and comfortable beds, nice design in old quarter.
We will coming back in next year and hopefully it will have more upgrade.
Food is excellent. Location is good, it is in the middle of the old town which gives you a very good feel about the city.
The description of the room said Room with internal window. I did not realize that means no viable window. I thought this means the window opens to some internal courtyard and not the street. However, it turns out there is a tiny little window, which cannot even be opened. This was a very bad experience and a lesson to remember.

Værelse uden vindue blev meget hurtigt indelukket og lugtede også lidt ‘vådt’.
Quite short stay but i’m kinda impressive because the decorations, the art, the design spot for Tet holiday. The room is spacious since is in a old quater areas, location was super convinient, just a few steps and you reach straight to the Hoan Kiem Lake. But the disadvantage to be talking about is the noise, since my room have the balcony, so it get affected from outside. But they setup the earplugs in the room, so it kinda help.
The breakfast pretty nice, but i think if have more options of the Viet food should be better, otherwise the waiter are nice and supportive
The gym have pretty much equipment, but still a little small space and old.
The staffs from the front desk are lovely and polite, They did excellent services take good care of the experience of us, make sure everything was smooth.
What an amazing hotel. The staff is super friendly and it is well located in the old town.
After a long trip the bed felt like a cloud and we were taken care of like kings by the staff. They prepared the room earlier, offering a nice tea, lugagge was carried, ... Absolutely enjoyed it! Marcus was very nice!

We have had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. A special mention to Kevin the hotel manager. He greeted us on arrival and was so friendly, kind and respectful. He spent time with us explaining everything and made sure all our needs were met during our stay. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the food was lovely. We can not thank you enough for making our stay in Hanoi so wonderful.
