Had a great experience staying here for a few days, had a late check in but staff were available and very helpful! Breakfast was included everyday as well which was a great way to start the day, had a few questions but the receptionist Evelyn was very helpful and sorted us out!
We stay here for a few nights and we really love the vibe at this place. The hotel and the staffs is just off the chart. Especially Dylan, he really stand out and help us alot. Would love to comeback here soon.

The incredible stay in Hanoi with the nice girl Lison, she helpa us also thru our stay because my wife didn't know English. But despite it she still go beyond and made us comfortable and enjoy as any time.
The room is a little small but have a balcony and big bath, it might better if it have more space and the wardrobe hard to be open.

The location was great. Walking distance to the lake for morning exercise and right next to the weekend night market. The gym is fantastic and the room was comfortable.

We wanted to stay in Old Quarter, step outside and you're right in the thick of it. Good location for Weekend night market as well. Room was large and clean and staff very helpful with activities and food recommendations.
