Everything was good
Too close to the party zone, noise factor late
Friendly staff and situated right in the old quarter with easy access to to where we wanted to go
I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment you step in the lobby there is a cool fresh breeze that smells like lemongrass and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The check in process was very smooth and I was given a tamarind drink as a welcome beverage. They also messaged me several days before my reservation to see if I needed an airport transfer; I didn’t at that time, but I did have them set up my departure transfer which was very convenient. The room was beautiful, with a little balcony, a huge bed with smooth crisp sheets, and all the amenities. The breakfast was also very nice, with lots of options. I ended up not using the fitness centre, but the rooftop bar was a nice space to hang out and enjoy a mocktail. I was able to leave my luggage with them on my last day after I checked out and before I headed to the airport, which was very appreciated!
The noise from beer street is definitely a little disruptive in the evening if you’re not participating in the festivities. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, just something to keep in mind for light sleepers. I used ear plugs and put white noise on my laptop, and was totally fine.

因為我先生對寢具容易過敏，在行前的訊息、入住時的面對面，我都有提醒過，而ＭＫ都有慎重且確切的回覆：寢具與毛巾都是當周清洗過且消毒過的，我先生也親身測試，真的沒有過敏，睡得很好也非常安心！早餐很多選擇，很滿意～飯店位置也很好，在老城區的北區，一出來就非常熱鬧。服務人員非常非常熱心處理一切大小事，服務態度100分，接待我們的Rose 在我們入住時，從住宿的交通方式到想去哪裡、預計去哪裡、想吃什麼、都細細地問我們一輪，讓我感覺備受關照：）最後check-out時，也陪著我們在飯店外等待直到grab司機抵達。
空間好小啊，床的前面打開兩個行李箱就差不多了ＸＤ，沒事不會一直想待在房間內～此外洗澡的水質就是老城區的表現，所以介意的人可能要多準備幾個濾心。

We loved the location of this hotel, great shopping and lots of eating places right outside the entrance. The hotel has an excellent bar and restaurant on the top floor with nice views, loved the MK Signature cocktail! Great coffee shop on the ground floor.
The room was comfortable and adequate, no balcony or view but didn't spend much time in the room so didn't bother us.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.
