This is the first time I have stayed in this hotel. In my point of view, this hotel has a big difference between other hotels at the old quarter: big, cozy room, and friendly staffs,... Specially Alex, who checked in and checked out for us, a young man in the reception, he really good, always help you with a smile. Highly recommended for everyone when come to Hanoi.❤️❤️❤️
Me and my best friend have the good stay at here, super comfortable bed and friendly staffs. The breakfast if have more optiosn for us will be even more perfect. we love shopping so the location is exellent. The lady Anne is so great, she nice and kind help us more pleasent experience

The location was great, very central. Our room was very quiet and on a high floor away from an elevator which was good. Staff were very helpful! Nice breakfast.

Room is comfy and super comfortable bed, mattress. It a bit old design and furniture so we're looking forward if you're urgrade the room a bit more

The hotel is in the center of the Old Quarter, very close to the restaurants and beer street, so you can walk everywhere. Quiet, clean n comfortable room

This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean and nice size bedrooms. The staff was especially nice. Evelyn at the reception was always trying to help us and respond to our needs. I strongly recommend MK boutique on all levels.

Loved the experience with MK premier!! Service is good, hotel is clean, staff are caring and professional, especially Dylan at the front desk! Will also recommend for fitness enthusiast to stay here because MK fitness, which is complimentary to the hotel stay, is like a proper gym with very very good machines and free weights.
