The whole room was depressing. No view. The noise throughout the whole night felt like I was sleeping on a railway station. Too impersonal for me.

I was itchy in bed and put my trousers on to sleep
The room was clean and a good size for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, very central and almost everything in walking distance. Perfect for our long weekend stay in Sydney.

Could do with an upgrade in some areas (broken cupboard door and wood rot near shower).
Great location, clean room, and it was actually very well soundproofed. Usually you can hear everything in budget hotels but this one was pretty good. The room was also very dark, so good for people who don't like light peeking through curtains.
The bed doesn't come with a duvet, just a fleecy blanket.
