According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. Fiquei num pcd pois não me atentei que o preço mais em conta era p este quarto, não fica claro qdo mostra as opções. Toalhas muito velhas e secas

A comida (pratos pedidos a la carte) precisa melhorar: qualidade dos produtos (arroz e carne), e o preparo não pode misturar ingredientes utilizados para a elaboração de peixe e bovino.
Sugiro também realizar Detetizaçao periódica no hotel (formigas e pequenos insetos)

2. Atendimento do manobrista, muito solicito e pró-ativo
1. Foi solicitado, tanto pelo site da Booking quanto no check-in feito pessoalmente, opção de café da manhã sem glúten. Não havia nenhuma opção além de tapioca e omelete feito na hora, porém o horário que deveria iniciar às 7h não foi cumprido, a cozinheira se atrasou e não havia mais ninguém para fazer. Não houve comunicação a respeito da solicitação para a cozinha. Somado a isso, no chack-out expliquei o ocorrido para a atendente do balcão e ela simplesmente me informava que não aparecia nada "na tela" para ela, embora eu tivesse feito a solicitação pessoalmente.
2. A água da torneira do banheiro estava completamente destemperda, extremamente quente, Bem como a do chuveiro.
3. Solicitei a Nota Fiscal e ainda não recebi.
