Taj Place Residency

The room is dirty but the price is high

Absolutely terrible place, dirty, run down, air conditioning did not work, wifi did not work. No lift. Toilet seat hanging off, shower head fulling off, everything was dirty. Sheets disgusting.
Only thing that was pleasant was the thai lady on reception.

Internet was extremely poor.

Overall experience was good

Hotel is not well maintained.

On 1st day of checkin at 4 PM there was no toiletries (soap ,shower gel,etc.) In room

On asking with receptionist she asked to pay 50 baht for this as they have a crazy policy of putting toiletries on next day

So If you want to take shower or use toilet then plz pay 50 bath first or wait until next day .
Rooms are not well maintained looks like quiet old property

I think I slept on a box spring, it was terrible. The first two rooms did not have any air-conditioning the third one did.

Location iss quite good but no lift so it's not convenient when you stay the higher floors. Some of the steps are quite steep. Need to be careful when going up and down the stairs. The staffs are very friendly and always smiling giving us nice advise. Though there were always banging and knocking on the doors in the middle of the night throughout my stay there by other occupants. Kinda annoying and keep me awake for some time. Overall I still enjoyed my stay there.

It was a pleasant stay, highly recommed.

Great staff, friendly and attentive. Great manager, ask everyday if all is well. The rooms are in great shape, and the location is the best! I stayed 5 days, and will return in a few months. Planning on staying here again. You won't go wrong here!

【悪かった点】エレベーターが無い、フェイスタオルが無い、バスルームの扉が傷んでいる
全体的には大きな不備も無く快適でした。

Bon emplacement, prix raisonnable nous avons prolonger deux jours sur places

Pros:
- great location, soi 13/4 is only minutes from walking street and Nighlife
- cheap
- late night food options are close
Cons:
- wifi was down for few days and when its up it was the slowest, most spotty. Ive seen in thailand
- ants
- bed not connected to headboard so it rolls forward so if you sit up and lean on the headboard, very annoying!
- couch is old and uncomfortable, useless!
- no hot pot as in the pictures, cant make coffee in room if you are a coffee person
- shower does not drain properly, wet spots throughout bathroom as you use the toilet you get your feet wet
- no hangers
- plumbing pipe stinks after a while. Seems the gases back up so you have to flush the toilet every so often to keep the smell down
- a big loud as you can hear the annoying guests in their rooms down the hall early in the morning

The location was great. My bed was Sorry,bugs crawling around, people kept coming into my room somehow the door wouldn't lock, very noisy, toilet paper wasn't in room. overall room would be nice is they cleaned it ,sprayed for bugs,and fixed the door so it wouldn't open when locked.

호텔내부는 그리깔끔하진않지만
가격대비 효율성있는호텔이다
인도사장이 운영하고 친절하다
워킹스트리트도 가깝고 나오면 바다도 바로앞에있어
휴식하기좋았음!

전반적으로 나쁘지는않았지만 욕실이 좀더럽고 수압이약합니다. 그리고 방음이전혀안되에 새벽에 너무시끄러워서잠을못잤네요
