LOVELY STAY.
Pros:

1. Close proximity to the ferry pier and bus terminal
2. Spacious room with necessities provided e.g. mini fridge and kettle
3. Plenty of eateries downstairs or round the corner
4. Public bath available
5. A souvenir shop downstairs

Cons:

1. Decor feels a bit dated and there’s a crack in the bathtub
2. Though there’s a counter near the front desk for booking different tours, I would appreciate the option to book them online
3. WiFi is a bit shaky early in the morning/ at night

アクセスも良く美崎館の部屋はきれいでとても快適でした！

ロケーションが観光の拠点として素晴らしかった！美崎館に泊まったが、部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせた

Cons:

チェックイン時に朝食の説明がなかったため夜に聞きに行ったら、フロントの年配の男性が謝罪や寄り添いの言葉もなく説明しないと分からないのかと嘲笑した感じで説明されたのだけが唯一滞在中の不快な点でした。

良いホテルです！
Pros:

石垣に滞在の際は頻繁利用されて頂いております。
オススメのホテルです。

Cons:

客室の向きが良くなかったです。
指定も希望も出してないのでホテルは悪くないです。
次回は確認してからチェックインしたいと思います。

すべて最高！
Pros:

場所はどこにも近く最高。清掃無しで、いただけるレストラン１０００円券で、最後の夜に「ひるぎ」で、沖縄料理堪能しました。ちかくの「さつき」とレストラン内は１０％引きなのも助かりました。
大浴場も広くせいせいしました。みやげものは他急便で送れるのでこれもグッド

Cons:

２３時ころ、廊下でのしゃべり声がうるさかったので、注意喚起いただけると助かります。

最高だった
Pros:

離島・バスターミナルが超近く、非常の便利。朝食も和洋あり、チャンプルーの種類も毎回違って、郷土料理も多くあり、毎回楽しみ。７泊したので、よくわかる。
大浴場があるのも気持ちよく助かる。良いことだらけ

Cons:

１２時近くに部屋に戻る人たちの声が大きくうるさい、夜間は慎むように弔意喚起していただけると助かります。

Great location, amazing breakfast selections - all very delicious, very courteous and helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast selection was amazing, so many choices and not enough capacity to enjoy all! Start time is perfect for planning a long day of activities but not early enough if catching an early flight.

Cons:

Parking was expensive if you leave your rental car for a day exploring other islands via the ferry.

快適
Pros:

朝食バイキングで、沖縄料理が沢山あって、充実していて、泡盛飲み比べもありました。
コーヒーも室内持ち帰りもあり、気持ちよく1日のスタートを切れました。
フロント前には、ウェルカムドリンクがさんぴん茶や泡盛もあり、キャンディ取り放題もありました。
ロケーションが最高で、港にも歩いて1分、繁華街にも2〜3分で、離島巡りやダイビングには最適。
新館に泊まると、オーシャンビューの部屋では、港が見えて、海がそばに感じれてとても良かったです。
スタッフも親切で、最高の宿舎です。
