มีวิวติดแม่น้ำ สวย ห้องกว้างขวาง
อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย อร่อย ชอบมากๆ ค่ะ
ล็อบบี้สวย โอ่อ่า ทางเดินสวย เยี่ยมมาก

ห้องน้ำจริงๆโดยรวมสะอาด แต่ว่าพื้นห้องน้ำไม่ได้ล้างและเช็ดทำความสะอาดดีๆ ทำให้มีรอบคราบปัสสาวะค้างอยู่บริเวณโถส้วม

คาดหวังกับสระว่ายน้ำและยิม แต่คนใช้บริการเยอะพอสมควรซึ่งเข้าใจได้ แต่พอมีบริการให้คนภายนอกมาใช้งาน เป็นสมาชิก เลยทำให้ความเป็นส่วนตัวที่อยากได้ลดลงมากๆ จนไม่อยากไปใช้ยิม

The best place to stay at the river. Good for a conference with a very large venue. There are lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Lucking coffee, too. What a bargain price for a room compared to US rates! Highly recommended MeuterMedia

Please Stay away from this hotel, or you will be robbed
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely outrageous—it feels like I’ve been robbed. I booked the hotel through Hotels.com, but just two minutes after making the reservation, I called the hotel directly to request a change to the reservation date. The hotel told me that no changes could be made.

I then contacted Hotels.com and asked them to reach out to the hotel on my behalf. The Hotels.com representative attempted to contact the hotel more than ten times, but each time, they said they couldn’t get through. After a great deal of investigation, I discovered that the hotel had actually blocked incoming calls from Hotels.com, making it impossible for them to get in touch.

Because Hotels.com needs to coordinate with the hotel in order to process any date changes or cancellations, nothing could be done. As a result, I paid for a stay I never used.

To make matters worse, when I spoke with the hotel’s front desk manager, they told me they could cancel the reservation—but that I wouldn’t receive a refund. I reached out to both the hotel and IHG Group (the hotel’s parent company), but received no response at all.

Hotels.com then told me they couldn’t issue a refund unless the hotel agreed to it. The whole situation is completely absurd.

A lovely hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Our mornings were made spectacular by the amazing breakfast! Despite the bustling atmosphere, Elma in the restaurant welcomed us with warm smiles and attentive service, making us feel right at home.

A special shoutout to Jerry Tang, Lily Zhong, and Lily Yao for their exceptional hospitality! The entire concierge team went above and beyond, ensuring we felt special throughout our stay.

The location is amazing it's not our first time here ,and hence why we always come back.

Thank you for an unforgettable experience! 🙌✨
