Close to places to see in downtown Milwaukee & could walk
Friendly staff, spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.
Friendly staff , location of hotel and size of room
We came back to hotel and half of the room electric was out - this includes all bed area lights, outlets, bathroom lights / fan, and the air conditioner was impacted.
Front desk advised there was a power outage while we were gone, but we were never offered a other room, or any confessions.
Also- in reviewing my bill once I got home, we were charged for valet parking ($43)- but we did not use valet parking, we parked at a nearby garage ourselves.
The valet guy was kind
The room was dirty, and there were not enough towels for guest. The breakfast was horrible.
The front desk clerks were super friendly. I liked the security of the card reader in the elevator
The parking garage was alittle harder to find. The breakfast was ok. The sugar waffles were alittle hard , wouldve preferred having pancakes or something similar as an option instead.
Leassle the breakfast worker
Rooms are not worth the value and rude front desk
I was here for a short trip and wished I could have stayed longer. Niah and Parker at the front desk were absolutely wonderful and made me feel so welcomed. Grant directions and recommendations from them.
The hotel is convenient to the conference center. I didn’t realize there was an indoor skywalk connected to the conference center and Niah gave me great directions. Parker gave me wonderful restaurant recommendations with information on the area. Great people make the difference for hotel stays and I appreciate both of them for their hospitality.
The included breakfast was top notch. April who helped at breakfast was so.nice.
The rooms are spacious and I was glad to have a microwave as well as a refrigerator. I was able to work comfortably in my room with a spacious desk.
I love that they serve fresh popcorn in the lobby late in the day. They also have a supply of paper plates and plastic utensils for those who order food delivery.
