Was an amazing time! I would definitely stay again
Pros:

So cozy and cute, very neat and such nice staff!

Cons:

There was an unfortunate drug abusing individual outside shouting at our window. But I mean it’s Milwaukee so understandable

It was a horrible cold experience
Pros:

It was close to all the area attractions.

Cons:

The heat in my rooms kept going out had to move to Another room wher maintenance had reset the heater several times throughout the day and while there’s no maintenance staff at the heat when out again.

Best Breakfast, clean, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

As a family of 5, we stay in Springhill suites a lot. This is by far the best one we’ve stayed in! The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts of any of the “free” breakfast chains. Breakfast included, fresh fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, bananas, apples and oranges. There was also a breakfast sandwich, meat, eggs( hard boiled and scrambled), yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, and cereal. Leslie was friendly and showed a lot of pride in her work. She was helpful as kitchen staff and helped front desk staff as well. Everyone on the staff was friendly and made eye contact, too. You do need to park via valet or use the sky bridge attached unaffiliated garage. The Skybridge changes rates depending on time of day and what was going on, (Skybridges seem to be a Milwaukee thing where they all to go to Parking garages. ) Valet service was easy and friendly! You also need a key to use the elevator. Our heater made noise but the staff was able to fix it immediately at 3 am when my husband notified them of the issue. The shower was a walk in and was nice and hot! Check in staff asked if we needed covers for the couch and had it in hand to give me at check in. This was so nice! There have been many times, we have checked into other suite hotels and bedding was not offered nor available. This change was greatly appreciated! We stayed here for a Bucks game. It was incredibly easy to walk to Fiserv as well as the third market eatery (food hall), Walgreens, and TJMaxx. We walked to dinner at San Giorgio pizzeria as well. Also highly recommend! Milwaukee is cold in January, but the people are not. :)

Boa hospedagem
Pros:

Ótima localização, café da manhã bom e quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

A hospedagem foi reservada para 4 pessoas, porém tivemos que descer 2 vezes para pedir toalhas e roupa de cama para o sofá cama.
O aquecedor parou de funcionar 2 noites, mas após solicitado a manutenção foi resolvido.
