We had originally booked three nights but chose to leave early due to how uncomfortable our stay was
Pros:

The location was excellent, and we really appreciated the high ceilings in the room.

Cons:

We recently stayed in Room 215 and found the layout to feel quite cramped, especially for a suite-style hotel. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

I was also surprised by the lack of bedding comfort — specifically more pillows and a proper duvet. Even something as simple as adding a white duvet (which can be done very affordably) would significantly elevate the guest experience and overall comfort level.

I hope this feedback is helpful, as we truly value the SpringHill Suites brand and would love to see these small upgrades make a big difference in future stays.

Pros:

Room was quiet couldn't hear any noise from other rooms.

Cons:

Parking for checkin as well as the cost for was way more then listed on bookings. The gentlemen that worked when checked in was unpleasant and not helpful. The beds were so firm and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The room was pretty good. Couch cushions had a rip in and stuffing coming out of it. When I lifted one of the cushions on the couch there was a penny on it below the cushion so you know it wasn't cleaned. Staff that I spoke to were very friendly

Cons:

The price and parking. Ended up paying $64 for 24 hours of parking because you can't leave and come back without paying the full fee. I didn't check the other parking garage. No pool or hot tub.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

loved the comfort of the beds. Easy to control room temperature. Our room was near the elevator, yet it was very quiet. Called for more towels, and they arrived promptly.

Cons:

We ran out of kleenex and conditioner the first night, we were unsure when the room would be cleaned as we could not easily find that information. On the third day we called. Breakfast could have had more options like homemade oatmeal, and make your own waffle machines. Yogurt would also be nice.

Excellent
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this property. We were traveling to Milwaukee for a volleyball tournament at the Baird Center and the convenience of the location is hard to beat!
Leslie (the early breakfast crew) was incredible. Her joy and appreciation for her job and doing her job well was evident.

Another great stay!
Pros:

This is our second year staying at this location for a volleyball tournament. Just like our first time, this stay was great. Rooms are clean, plenty of breakfast options, and spacious rooms. The best part is the staff are very accommodating and kind. From the front desk to valet, there is never a shortage of people checking that you have all that you need. Leslie in the breakfast area was so friendly every morning. She was helpful and always had a smile on her face. What a great way to start the day! We will definitely stay here anytime we have a trip to Milwaukee.

Fantastic 😍
Pros:

Perfect location because it was the center of Milwaukee l. Love the staff, thank you Leslie you were amazing 🤩. Everything was clean breakfast had a variety. Right across the street from the Baird Center. Can sleep 5 in the rooms.

So cozy and cute, very neat and such nice staff!

Cons:

There was an unfortunate drug abusing individual outside shouting at our window. But I mean it’s Milwaukee so understandable

It was a horrible cold experience
Pros:

It was close to all the area attractions.

Cons:

The heat in my rooms kept going out had to move to Another room wher maintenance had reset the heater several times throughout the day and while there’s no maintenance staff at the heat when out again.
