Good room, clean. Helpful employees but not security.
Pros:

Employees were friendly and helpful. Security personnel were pretty useless during a noise issue.

Cons:

We had serious noise issues from the room next door that were not effectively addressed for several hours. People became extremely loud starting at about 11pm. I called the front desk to address; they said they'd send security (which is contracted by Springhill, they're not employees) up. I don't know if they came up; the noise didn't abate. Finally, after hearing the neighbors pounding on the wall many times and yelling around 2am, I called the front desk 2x. The second person said, "We've sent security. They stood in the hallway and didn't hear anything." I said, "Well, do I have to hold the phone up to the wall so you can hear this? Why don't you tell security to knock on their door instead of standing somewhere in the hall?" Some minutes later, security knocked on their door, and for the most part the people next door quieted down. But I don't think guests should have to tolerate stuff like this at 2:00am, so either Springhill is more careful about who they rent to, or they have security that's going to take care of the problem immediately.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great staff. Great breakfast! Rooms are clean and new! We arrived at 230 and even though check in time was 4pm they gave us the room. Valet guys were very polite and helpful as well

It was absolutely perfect!!!
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome!!! The location is perfect!! The staff is the absolute BEST!! Everyone is soo kind!! The room was very spacious and big and the lobby smells amazing!!!

Excellent stay, will stay again when in town.
Pros:

Excellent rooms, clean, great smelling. Usually rooms will smell like cleaning solutions but mine smelled like a campfire, very pleasant.

Cons:

Light switches in room did not control the lights. They were manually controlled from the light itself.

We had originally booked three nights but chose to leave early due to how uncomfortable our stay was
Pros:

The location was excellent, and we really appreciated the high ceilings in the room.

Cons:

We recently stayed in Room 215 and found the layout to feel quite cramped, especially for a suite-style hotel. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

I was also surprised by the lack of bedding comfort — specifically more pillows and a proper duvet. Even something as simple as adding a white duvet (which can be done very affordably) would significantly elevate the guest experience and overall comfort level.

I hope this feedback is helpful, as we truly value the SpringHill Suites brand and would love to see these small upgrades make a big difference in future stays.

Pros:

Room was quiet couldn't hear any noise from other rooms.

Cons:

Parking for checkin as well as the cost for was way more then listed on bookings. The gentlemen that worked when checked in was unpleasant and not helpful. The beds were so firm and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The room was pretty good. Couch cushions had a rip in and stuffing coming out of it. When I lifted one of the cushions on the couch there was a penny on it below the cushion so you know it wasn't cleaned. Staff that I spoke to were very friendly

Cons:

The price and parking. Ended up paying $64 for 24 hours of parking because you can't leave and come back without paying the full fee. I didn't check the other parking garage. No pool or hot tub.
