Took money but refused reservation
Cons:

The Chitose Hotel refused to honour my reservation. The booking system accepted my credit card while simultaneously labelling my card as 'void'. Therefore, despite taking my payment, the Hotel refused my reservation. I spent the night sitting upright in the Departure area.

元の勤め先のメンバーでの交流だったのだが千歳でなくて恵庭だっただが、交通の便が良くて助かった。
Pros:

食事はバイキングだが品数が少ない。千歳駅直近でロケーションはとても良い。駐車場が無料なのも良い。

Cons:

少し他の部屋の音や声が通りやすい。３階だったのでエレベーターでなくて階段でも良かったのだが、階段がどこにあるかわからなかった？

Signboard for parking(free) should be more visible to visitors. The room was small so does most of the affordable hotels in Sapporo.
