天井に穴があり、羽根の生えた大きめの虫が出入りしていた
お風呂場のお湯の温度調節ができなかった（代わりの部屋でシャワーを使わせていただきました）

Pros:

在離機場站兩站的千歲站前不遠，可以事先寄放行李，本來要搭提供的 Shuttle bus 去機場的，沒想到滿位了，只好去搭 JR。
就是一個基本款的旅館，房間蠻大的，只是比較舊一點，但是乾淨

もう利用しないと思う
Pros:

駅から近い

Cons:

夜、寒かったので暖房入れたら、暖房が使えなかった。
寝巻きも薄いし、北海道は、気温差が激しいから、暖房使えないのは、どういう事なんだ、と。
暖房使えないならせめて何か温かい毛布とか、寝巻きにはおるものを持ってくるとか、何か気遣いがあってもいいのではないか、と思う。

Pros:

部屋にドライヤー、基本的なアメニティ(化粧水などはレセプションで各自取るタイプ)、コーヒー、ポットがあった。
空港までの送迎があり有難く、また、駅も近い。

Cons:

たまたま喫煙部屋しか空いておらず、タバコは吸わないが喫煙部屋に宿泊。やはり、普段吸わないので臭いがキツかったが、霧吹きタイプの消臭剤が備え付けてあったので使い、多少匂いは減りました。

施設は昔ながらのビジネスホテルだが、接客対応が良く、快適に過ごせるホテル
Pros:

・スタッフの対応が良かった。チェックイン時に、登山帰りの宿泊者の姿を見て、咄嗟にお疲れ様です、と言えるのは素晴らしい。清掃の方の対応も良かった（北海道は日本の中でも、押し並べて接客の対応がかなり良い）。
・ロビーのフリーコーヒーが美味しかった。
・駅、バス停ともに近く、利便性が良い（その割に夜は静か）。

Cons:

・思ったよりも部屋や施設のサイズが小さかった（ここは施設が古めで、昔の日本人の体格や荷物の大きさに準拠しているので仕方ないのかもしれない）
