Apmeklējums bija patīkam un mierīgs, vēl paspējām ieraudzīt sniegu kalnos. Ļoti patīkamā vietā atpūtai gan ziemā han pavasarī. Klusums , miers un dabas baudījums. Protams, kā jareķinās ar lieliem izdevumiem, jo cenas par pakalpojumiem un precēm ir augstās.

So far the cheapest feeling 4-star hotel we've been to.
Pros:

The Staff is tremendously friendly and professional. The bar serves a sugar-free ice tea, which tastes just great (kudos to the barkeeper for doing this). The breakfast buffet and sauna provided organic tea. The Workation area and the Sauna were luckily absolutely empty so we've had these places to enjoy some tranquility. The location within the Malbun valley is gorgeous.

Cons:

The overall feel is cheap, felt like a 4-star hotel on paper that charges 4-star prices for 3-star quality. I'm all for quality food having an appropriate price, but the food quality here did not feel very high to me. The breakfast and dinner menus feels very "german", mostly sugar, carbs, processed meat and cheese, with little to none steamed or cooked vegetables or fermented foods. One great thing was that we could order a bowl of grilled vegetables at dinner, but we found out late as it was not listed on the menu. The room's walls were rather dirty and scratched quite a bit. The mattresses were rather hard and without a wedge between them, which made it feel like two separate beds. Each morning we had irritated noses and throats from the very dry air in the room. The hotel logo is lit up bright all night long and the blinds are to short to block the light fully. The "fitness" area is right within the Sauna's "quiet area" and there is no outdoor area. Charging 25 CHF per night for a small dog that has hair (does not loose fur), and no amenities provided whatsoever – not even bowls for drink and food – feels like another way for making easy money.

Fantastisch hotel voor doorreis of skievakantie.
Pros:

Het begon met de klim naar boven de berg op waar het hotel zich bevind, wat een geweldig uitzicht krijg je kado en het was ook nog eens prachtig weer.
Het inchecken ging erg makkelijk, we waren eerder aangekomen dan gepland omdat alles onderweg mee zat, we konden normaal pas vanaf 16u inchecken maar we konden om 12:30 al onze kamer betrekken.
De kamer was ruim opgezet en de douche was erg schoon en goed voorzien van voldoende handdoeken, en er was een apart toilet in de kamer wat wij persoonlijk erg prettig vonden.
Het hotel heeft een aantal mooie ruimtes voor kinderen om zich te kunnen vermaken, waaronder een speelgedeelte binnen en buiten. Ook was er een zaal waar kinderen konden voetballen of andere spelletjes doen. En dan was er ook nog een grote kamer waar geknutselt kon worden of spelletjes gespeeld konden worden. En in het skiseizoen is er ook elke dag personeel aanwezig om de kinderen te entertainen.
Het eten in de avond was erg lekker en we kregen prima aanbevelingen van het personeel.
Het ontbijt was helemaal geweldig, voor ons was alles aanwezig wat we maar konden bedenken. Ook was het geen enkel probleem om wat fruit mee te nemen voor onderweg.

Ik had een probleem met een lege accu van auto door eigen toedoen en toen ik om wat hulp vroeg aan de manager heeft hij mij geweldig geholpen door zijn eigen auto naast die van mij te plaatsten en zijn accukabels te pakken en mij te helpen om mijn auto weer aan de praat te krijgen. Zoals begrijpelijk waren wij hier heel erg dankbaar voor, het is niet vanzelfsprekend dat iemand van een hotel je daarmee zomaar komt helpen.
Dus alleen al daarvoor zou ik qua behulpzaamheid en service een dikke 10 willen geven voor dit hotel.

Cons:

Ik kan me niks bedenken wat ons niet beviel.

A great plcae with wonderful views - can imagine it is amazing in ski season aswell.
Pros:

Great location. Great trip up from valley. Outstanding views and location and very much a retyrn visit on our list as just passing through and thought we would try. Such a great vista and outstanding rooms. Staff very friendly and supremely helpful. Food excellent. Rooms very spacious and very well designed.

Cons:

Genuinely a real find and no dislikes.
