A perfect stay in a beautiful location - we would definitely come back!
Pros:

Our stay at JUFA Hotel Malbun was absolutely perfect. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast and food options were excellent, with great variety and quality. Everything was well organized and felt very relaxing.

Nothing at all – everything exceeded our expectations.

Sauber, gute Lage, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Zum Teil lange Wartezeiten bis jemand vom Personal einen berücksichtigt.
Das Kochteam gibt sich Mühe einzigartige Menüs zu offerieren, geschmacklich war es aber leider nicht immer gut. Auch den Käse am Abend zum Dessert, wurde in der Wärme stehen gelassen, der Käse war schon „angelaufen“. Sollte eine Kochteam und Hotellier bekannt sein, das man Milchprodukte gekühlt anbietet. Auch wurde an einem Abend das übrig gebliebene Dessert der vergangenen Tagen angeboten. Löblich für das Thema Waste food, es sollte aber dennoch ein frisch gemachtes Dessert als Alternative angeboten werden.

Uns hat es gefallen und wir waren von der Gastfreundschaft begeistert.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist top ausgerüstet für Familien mit kleineren Kindern mit Spielzimmer und Turnhalle.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet praktische Ski-Räume und liegt direkt am Haupt-Sessellift und beim Anfänger-Hügel "Schneeflucht".
Halbpension ist sehr zu empfehlen, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und am Abend gibt es immer Fleisch, Fisch, Vega-Menu.

Cons:

Um ins Dorf Malbun zu kommen läuft man 15 Minuten.
Dort sind die Läden, Restaurants das Eisfeld oder der Kinder-Malbi-Park.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y que las instalaciones están muy orientadas a familias con niños.
