Todo muy bien, repetiremos!
Pros:

La señora de la recepción fue súper amable. Nos explicó todo muy bien. Estaba muy limpio. Y en cafetería tenian un detalle muy agradable. Buena ubicación y poco ruido.

Cons:

El sofá cama no era muy cómodo, el colchón es un poco fino y se clavan los muelles.

Pros:

Todo estaba impecable: muy limpio y muy acogedor, lo que hace que la estancia sea súper agradable. El spa es una maravilla para relajarse y el desayuno buffet nos sorprendió muchísimo, muy cuidado y con productos de calidad y prácticamente de todo. Por no mencionar al personal, que ha sido increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, un sitio para repetir.

Muy agradable sorpresa en Puigcerdà.
Pros:

Íbamos con un poco de miedo por los comentarios desfavorables, pero para nosotros todo estuvo muy bien. La recepcionista, Nuria, es una mujer estupenda. Los 30' de cortesía del jacuzzi, todo un detalle, y además estaba muy limpio. La habitación (una suite), espaciosa y cómoda. Quizá le faltaba una silla para dejar la ropa, o una pequeña mesita, pero la cama era cómoda y las luces, suficientes para leer, que siempre se agradece. El desayuno buffet, un poco subidito de precio, pero todo de calidad, muy buenos embutidos y quesos y buena fruta.

Cons:

El aislamiento es malo, se oye a los demás clientes, pero ese es un defecto muy común en casi todos los hoteles, y además depende mucho del civismo de los otros clientes, si tienen la consideración o no de no hacer demasiado ruido.
