Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely stay, good location, bus right out the front and very clean.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. It was a bonus to open the doors.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Junior Suite, piccola ma bella e funzionale, al piano alto sui tetti parigini. Bell’hotel, pulito, nuovo, personale disponibile e preciso. Ottima posizione. Consiglio!

Location was great - very close to Norte Dame and shops.

Cons:

The room itself is tiny, not enough space for luggage if you’re travelling with larger suitcases.
Not very clean - had to ask room service to come and vacuum the room again - toe nail clipping, chips, marks on the wall and showers. Overall I would say the rooms need a good clean.
Raised door stopper hazardous. No iron in the rooms you have to ask reception and we were told to return it straight away. Bathroom in room 206 was upstairs and shower was tiny. I wouldn’t be staying here again.
