Die Aussicht ist bombastisch und entschädigt für Einiges.

Cons:

Das Parkchaos, die Zuordnung der Parkboxen zu den Aufzügen, auch die Rückgabe des Schlüssels nach dem Ausscheckens ist stark überarbeitungswürdig.
In den Zimmern sind einige Mängel zu beobachten gewesen. Die Lichtschalter und die Leuchten Zuordnungen (Lichtschalter fürs Wohnzimmer im Bad).
Keine Dusche, nur Badewanne. Keine Halterung der Brause, um ein Duschen in der Badewanne zu ermöglichen.
Sehr weiche Betten.

Vaade aknast,toa suurus.apartmendi varustus nagu kodus. Nii nõudepesu kui pesupesemise masin.külmkapp ja ahi olid olemas. Hoone väga turvaline.Ühistransport kohe maja kõrval.

Voodi krigises.Sool ja maitseaineid võiks kapis varuks olla.Ka mikrouun ei teeks paha.
Fotodel tundus tuba värskem kui tegelikkus, näha oli palju kulumisjälgi.

Cons:

Brak było podstawowego wyposażenia tj. Brak ręczniczków papierowych,brak ociekacza, bądź jakiś chodzący szmatki do tego aby naczynia mogły się osuszyć, brak dodatkowych ręczników, brak wieszaków w łazience.
Toaleta nie wyciszona, brak intymności . Apartament był nie wygłuszony. Słychać było wszystko z korytarza.
