No funcionava la calefaccion y aunque lo comentamos en recepcion no lo arreglaron

La profesionalidad, cordialidad y comunicación, con sus recepcionistas. El desayuno buffet muy completo y equilibrado.
Por criticar algún aspecto, el mando de la T.V no era el original de la misma, siendo un suplicio conectar el aparato.

La habitación tenía una mesa muy grande. Es de agradecer si vas a trabajar con ordenador
Había muchas cosas que no funcionaban (ascensor, espejo con rajas, calentador de toallas). Cuando fui a ducharme, el agua salió marrón durante más de 5 minutos. El Internet tampoco funcionaba correctamente
Tenian averia en el ascensor y no compensaron con nada, habia que subir 2 plantas a pie.
