Zdecydowanie obsługa i podejście do klienta, a także śniadanie. Zaczynajac od drugiego punktu: na śniadaniu był bardzo duży i zróżnicowany wybór, ale uwagę zwraca jakość produktów która rzeczywiście stała na wysokim poziomie. Z kolei zdecydowanie najjaśniejszym punktem była obsługa, a więc Pani pracująca na recepcji. Przykład osoby profesjonalnej i troszczącej się o klienta. Pani w wdziękiem odpowiadała na każdą potrzebę i finalnie okazało się, że zarówno odrobinę wcześniejszy meldunek, a także nieco wydłużone korzystanie z parkingu jest jak najbardziej realne.
Jedynym mikro mankamentem był telewizor który z jakiegoś powodu sam się wyłączał. Reszta bez zarzutu

Der Ausblick in den preiswerteren Zimmern ist nicht gerade schön, dazu der Geräuschpegel der Lüftung und Klimaanlagen. Der Wasserdruck und die schlechte Temperaturregulierung im Bad sind verbesserungswürdig. Zudem könnten ein paar mehr Haken und ein Kosmetikspiegel nicht schaden. Das alles schmälert den guten Gesamteindruck nur wenig.

Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Płocka. Pokój był wygodny i elegancki. Smaczne śniadanie z dużym wyborem.
Poduszki były sflaczałe i niewygodne. Słabe wifi; ciągle mnie wylogowywało.
