War sehr schön und erholsam
Pros:

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das 5 Gängemenü war spitze. Pool war super.

Pros:

Highlight sind die Tagesempfehlungen vom Senior. Einfach fantastisch und auf jeden Gast zugeschnitten. Wirklich perfekt :)
Ansonsten sehr schöne Poolanlage und der Ausblick ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Frühstück war gut. Die Bedienung für die Getränke war sehr sehr langsam. An zwei Tagen waren wir mit dem Frühstück fast fertig und hatten noch nicht einmal unseren Tee bzw wurden nach Getränken gefragt. Es lag auch nicht an der Anzahl der Gäste
junge Dame muss einfach die Branche wechseln.
Die Zimmer könnten auch mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen.

Wir hatten vier sehr angenehme, entspannte und abwechslungsreiche Tage!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielseitig. Es wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend serviert. Wünsche wurden schnell wahrgenommen und erfüllt. Der Infinity-Pool ist ein Hingucker und wertet das Ganze auf. Er wirkte sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Sauna haben wir gerne nach den Wanderungen genutzt. Auch das angebotene Abendessen-Menü war sehr lecker und preislich tragbar.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Perfekter Pool, Zimmer okay.
Pros:

Perfektes Frühstück, sehr umfangreiches Abendessen, toller Pool, sehr sympathisches, zugängliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Viele Insekten im Zimmer, Wanzen. Beleuchtung im Zimmer etwas zu dunkel.

Great room, delicious food, and outstanding staff
Pros:

Gerhard was the best - such an amazing person from the very first moment at check-in! We had a wonderful stay. Our room was on the top floor, warm, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we also ordered dinner which was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Bucolique, pratique, confortable
Pros:

L emplacement, le coin jardin - bucolique, au milieux des vignes, avec un sauna tres joli et piscine tres belle!
Coin bar sympa. Possiblité de faire des balades et rayonner depuis l hotel, tres pratique.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieux mais reste tres confortable!

Aussergewöhnliche Gartenanlage mit Weitblick und liebe Familie.
Pros:

Von der Inhaberfamilie geführt das Hotel mitten in den Rebergen mit toller Aussicht auf Talberge und Schloss. Highlight ist natürlich der grosszügige Infinity Pool mit Hängematte.
