Location to clinic
Valet was kind and helpful
The hotel was excellent, the room was very clean, the beds were too soft for my needs, the hotel dining staff was excellent. The Valet service was great. I just think if you stay you shouldn't have to pay to. Of course this was a convenience, but space should be available to those who just want to park! I checked in and had the valet to take my car before I realized I wanted to go somewhere to eat, but I wasn't about to ask them to go and get it.
The alternative to Valet parking.
It is close to Cleveland Clinic. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is wonderful. I like the refrigerator being in the room. No lugging a cooler around. The food in the bar restaurant has always been good
We have always been on the floor that doesn't have an ice machine. I know that is petty but that's all I can complain about.

Housekeeping is done once every the days and when done its very bad
No basics of water, or kettle or any items in minibar.
No value for money. Horrible bedding. No bed cover just lite sheets. Not sufficient for freezing weather. No hand soap entire 10 day stay, floor corridor not vaccumed for ten days same items on floor

Like the pool and cleanliness of the hotel.
The people are very rude 😒 my father had a heart surgery and we were new to this area and didnt know how the bus transportation worked from the hotel to the hospital. When asking how it ran the lady behind at the front desk was rude and told me to just wait that it would get there when it got there...also when asking when the latest time the bus did drop offs again the staff was rude and said it just depends....when u depend on that ride back to the hotel after a long day at the hospital alittle information would have been helpful
Once on the bus the drivers were not nice trying to chat with them was not welcomed and the one driver had an ear piece in and was having a private conversation that wasn't work related.
When asking who all delivers food to ur hotel the front staff was no help
Rude staff !!!!! For 4 days nothing chabged everyday the next person was just as rude and not helpful
Proximity to the hospital and the cleanliness is the only possible thibgs I have to say about this hotel
I absolutely would recommend this hotel to everyone. They have on-site valet service. The staff was absolutely top tier. The level of comfort was very welcoming with a great location next to The Cleveland Clinic main campus with on-sight shuttle service and public transportation. This place is the total package. After a one week stay, I felt totally rejuvenated, refreshed and ready to take on a fresh week.

I absolutely loved it!
My car was parked in valet. When I went to get it to leave I had a flat tire. No one wanted to take responsibility for the flat. I drove up from Columbus with no problem. Went to the Cavaliers game by Uber. My car set in valet parking. I feel somebody should be held accountable
It was very clean prompt to check in and we were close together as requested with an early check-in as requested.
The valet situation was not great for next morning retrieval. I Also do not appreciate my car smelling so heavily like weed . To get in my car next day and have that smell was frustrating
