My room was clean, however, there were items left in the refrigerator, there was candy on the floor in the bathroom, and the carpet had a large, red stain that I really hope wasn't blood...

Great location if going to the Cleveland clinic.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is valet which is an added expense but there is free shuttle service to the hospital, if that is why you are staying there. There is a restaurant on site, buffet breakfast for a fee, but very nice. If you have the option when booking. Its cheaper to add breakfast there. It is a limited menu, but I think most including kids can find something on it
