It was a good value and nice hotel.
Pros:

I biked to the inn. The food and wait staff in the Moce restaurant was great (especially Jasmine, very friendly and helpful).

Cons:

Location was a bit out of the way with few area amenities, but it was easy to get to.

Pros:

Over all the hotel is ok. But when I went to check in. They would not accept cash, unless I had a card to put the "deposit" on. I didnt have a card mine was hacked I had $600 in cash and the worker was not helpful or empathetic called the manager who also was not empathetic. My son had 5 appointments the next day at cleveland clinic and this hotel is so convenient. But I will not be staying there again. I will stay at the LA Quinta at Rockside. The gentleman there was top notch and very helpful.

Pros:

Everyone was friendly. Parking was expensive. Atmosphere was nice. More seating for Grab & Go would be nice. A+ for cleanliness. I was told the $50.00 room deposit for incidentals was returned to my card at checkout, but it has not been returned as of a day later.

The stay was great the restaurant wasn't we waited 30 minutes without anyone taking our order and it was the case with other tables we go up and left but the room was good
