Pessimo atendimento, falta de responsabilidade dos funcionários, péssima Internet, instalações super velhas e mal acabada, café da manhã péssimo e mal servido.

Só o chuveiro que não estava funcionando muito bem precisa ser limpo, os buraquinhos e o ar condicionado não funcionou de resto foi tudo maravilhoso

Achei meio antigo, tivemos que trocar o quarto pois avia uma barata gigantesca, mas nos foi entregue um quarto maior.
On a positive note, the breakfast offered a ok selection I guess.
The hotel is a bit outdated and seems to lack proper maintenance. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, so we asked to change rooms. At first, they offered us a fan instead, which wasn’t acceptable. My partner insisted on getting another room, and they eventually agreed—but only for one night. The next day, we were asked to move again, which was quite inconvenient.
Also, the hotel pool, despite being part of the property, requires an additional fee to use, which was disappointing.
