Pros:

Fui muito bem atendido e o melhor nos dão as chaves para abrirmos o portão, gerando autonomia para ir e vir a qq hora.
O quarto é bem espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro quente funcionando, microondas frigo, bar e tudo bem limpo. Gostei muito e recomendo.

Cons:

Da escada sem cobertura. Como estava chovendo tive de me molhar até chegar ao portão, mas nada que me fizesse encolher, rsrs.
Também o tipo de janelas com espaço para entrar um pouco do vento, pois estava muito frio para um carioca, 11º.

Quarto simples, porém correspondeu e até superou minhas expectativas.
Pros:

Funcionários muito atenciosos. Eu tinha um compromisso no qual não poderia levar as malas. A funcionária Salete guardou minhas malas e entrou em contato para avisar que já estaria indo embora para eu buscar minhas malas e aguardou eu chegar. Todos muito atenciosos e receptivos.
