The king sized bed was so comfortable!! And the room was very quiet, you could not hear any noise from the other guests.
Nice clean comfy and friendly staff
We had a perfect experience with our quick one-night stay! From the great breakfast to the comfortable beds, everything was wonderful. But the “icing on the cake” was the surprise treat of cookies waiting at the counter when we came through after dinner. Such a simple touch, but it made the stay feel extra special. This is such a great place to stay—I only wish all hotels were this good!
I thought it was a little expensive for what it offers.
The breakfast was very good. The cleanliness of the rooms. The staff very welcoming.

The whole staff was very polite and accommodating. The bed in my room was very comfortable!! The TV had all the channels I needed. I would recommend staying here.

No elevator to second floor
This is the single worst hotel I've ever been to. Firstly they are price gouging - a hotel in Holstein Iowa for $200 a night is ridiculous. I'm from the Emerald Coast and that's how much hotels on the beach cost.
Front desk basically just did they raised prices knowing the nearest alternative is an hour away.
Secondly there is no elevator. They expected me to go to second floor by myself with baby strapped to my chest and carry her pack and play and luggages.
There's also no signs. Also the hallways aren't connected so if you're like me and go up wrong stairway you can't get to your room unless you go back down then down another hallway to another stairwell because each wing is distinctly seperate (with no signs indicating which number is where).
This is disgusting business practices and I will never stay here again.
Clean room, nice service, clean facilities. Overall, it was mostly excellent. The breakfast I would describe as good. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
