Everything. From the moment you get close to the hotel, there is a noticeable smell of freshness and cleanliness. Once inside, the noise cancelling is excellent- it becomes completely quiet and peaceful. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly people and helpful, creating a very safe and relaxed atmosphere. The food was amazing: we had breakfast included, with optional lunch or dinner, and everything was handled perfectly. There is also a laundry service, which was very convenient. The manager, receptionists, waiters, maintenance team, and room service were all genuinely kind and professional. You really feel that they care about their guests.
