Le personnel sont agréables et mention spéciale pour عبد الرحمان Abd El Rahman qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes et nous a beaucoup aidé jusqu’à la dernière minute .
Les nuisances sonores vu que les chambres sont très très mal isolées. On entend tous à travers les murs même si les gens chuchotent. On n’était pas à l’aise à chaque fois on voulait parler par peur de déranger les clients à côté.
L’odeur des cigarettes qui envahissent la chambre au point qu’on est aller chercher des sprays et des brumes pour camoufler un peu .
Literie pas très confortable.
Petit dej médiocre vraiment. Pas de lait chaud, machine à café basique, machine à pain qui marche lentement etc…. C’est le même menu chaque jour.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel vraiment attentionné tout au long du séjour. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le calme et la qualité des installations.
Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité, avec des produits frais. Globalement, tout était réuni pour passer un excellent moment.
Je recommande sans hésiter ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Locația este departe de obiective turistice, pozele nu sunt reale, în baie mucegai negru printre rosturi. Nu încercați să intrați la baia comuna, miros oribil.
Mâncarea lasă de dorit, biscuiți vechi, cartofii pai cred ca erau de o săptămâna acolo chinuite.
Prima data scriu comentariul negativ, căci într-adevăr nu merită banii!
Hladan bazen!!! Cold pool!!!
