La grande déception pour un 4 étoiles
Pros:

L emplacement est super pour une halte autoroute.

Cons:

Nous avons loué 2 chambres. Les sols étaient cassés, nous avons trouvé des serviettes hygiéniques dans la chambre 1 et dans la chambre 2 le lit était carrément cassé. 1 membre du personnel est venu changer le lit et ramasser les serviettes mais aucune excuse de l hôtel.. et je vous épargne les mini bars en panne, la literie tres bas de gamme ou périmée. Hyper décevant !

Utile per uno stop and go
Pros:

Ottimo per una tappa di passaggio veloce dato che si trova appena fuori dall'autostrada A1 all'altezza di Firenze. Colazione basica ma di buona qualità

Cons:

La camera era davvero basica e popolata dalle zanzare per cui l'albergo aveva comunque messo a disposizione un antizanzare.

Good to spend a night there
Pros:

Interior of the hotel was nice, don’t judge it for the outside. Located next to the highway, far from the city. Good for travellers. Separate bath and toilet.

Nicht ganz sauber, Klimaanlage hat nur auf niedrigster Stufe funktioniert, wir haben Fenster nicht aufgemacht trotzdem es waren mehrere Gelsen im Zimmer

A pior estadia que tivemos durante uma semana em Itália.
Cons:

Não gostámos do ar condicionado porque não refrescava suficientemente o quarto. Pedimos apoio técnico mas não resolveram o problema. Ofereceram-nos outro quarto em troca mas o problema era o mesmo (defeito no ar condicionado por todo o hotel). WIFI não funcionava, tentamos várias vezes e com diferentes aparelhos, sem sucesso. O café da manhã é ruim, com poucas opções, poucos produtos frescos (maior parte são produtos industrializados), os funcionários não são simpáticos/cordeais.
