Park View Hotel

Stay was good... Breakfast served was not frash rather stale....

We request airport transfer more than 3 times with different staff. During check out, we request for the 4th times and unfortunately there are no drivers available to send us to airport. They should take note and responsible of guess request and mention earlier so we could have backup plan. We have to bare the cost that should be included in the hotel service. However, breakfast variety of food, nice ambiance, lots of nice spot for photo. 7 mins walk to Paris Van Java mall.

The facilities and the breakfast is not worth with the price

Near to mall, restaurant n spa. But the room was small.bfast was boring. Location is good. Should give us 2 roomcard instead of one only.

The room was nice and clean, only thing i dont enjoy was the breakfast. Its very poor tasted, considering the rate per-night abit expensive so should have more variety of the food.

I stayed here for two nights and I can easily find this hotel because they located beside the main street. This hotel have a comfort beds and sheets but the room is really small, the distance between TV, that set on the wall, with the bed is only 1 meter.

Friendly staff. Had to upgrade my room- the given room was too small.

the hotel is v fancy, theme is surreal and everything is so elegant! the breakfast is pretty good and staff is also v friendly, would def stay here again on my next trip.

Have a good stay at this hotel as it was recommended by a BFF. Near ZEN family massage and shopping/food joints. However, like to highlight on two matters that the HOTEL should improve on:
1) Do not understand why the bathroom is always flooded after a bath. Complained to the reception but nothing done! 2) The hotel should also be more alert on calls to the room. The night before checked out, we received a call in the room from someone in Indonesian, upon request to talk to us in English, we were informed that they are from the hotel and sending over to our room as door/welcome gift. We were alerted and told the someone that we will go to the reception to pick them up instead of delivery. A check with the reception found no such matters. We were taken aback!

Bed was stained and hot water was not always available.

Friendly staff, good location, not congested road, clean rooms and toilets.

bed size tooo large ( combined twin bed) not necessarily for a couple and the room space were taken

Had our candle light dinner prepared by the staff. Excellent efforts for the deco, romantic setup, delicious food (portion can be lesser), nice music and ambience.
The staff who served us was extremely polite and friendly. There's a complimentary cake baked by the staff as well. Love our stays at Park View Hotel so much!

The location is good, nearby to shopping malls and cafes. The room is spacious and comfortable. The food is good. The staffs are friendly. The ambience in the hotel is nice and warm.

The only minor negative point for this hotel is the design of the toilet. Fitting in the bath tub is too cramped for the toilet. Otherwise, all is good for this hotel.

Amazing

It was indeed a new hotel in the area however, all the staffs was so welcoming, warmth and approachable. As it was my first time in Bandung, they gave me lots of information and guided me throughout my stay there. Thumbs up to all the staffs because they are very service oriented. Another plus point, the interior and exterior of the hotel looked superb and awesome!

Room was comfortable but small. Overall satisfactory except that although the website stated free airport shuttle, it was only for one way. Should have spelled out clearly.

Nice and comfort accomodation with a very good location bear the shopping mall

Recommended for stay. Picture as displayed. It is 3 star and new hotel. Pool is small and okay for children. For alcohol have to walk 5 mins away. Restaurant closes at 10pm. Not sure about room service.

Horrible encounter when I was badly bitten by bed bugs all 3 nights and the hotel staff did nothing about it
Spent a fortune on dermatologist and medication back home now...
