Lucky 9 Budget Hotel

フロントスタッフが最悪40分以上かかった
名前が無いと言ううが40分後　ありました。
アホすぎるー
あんな頭が悪スタッフは見た事が無い。
警備員も最悪！
フロントに集まり、何人もがスマホゲームしている。
入口のガードハウスには誰も居ない。
最低、最悪‼️‼️‼️

最低、最悪　パソコンに予約がと言うが最後には見つかる。
日本人には絶対やめた方が良い。

No hot water and there’s actually no water at all

internet tokens did not work so used staff admin codes then ok-room wasn't cleaned every day unless you asked-not always tea , coffee and creamer available or back toilet roll

It was average but nice.

I stay in hotel twice, but the second time when I checked in one of the worker as housekeeping had gave me a very bad experience and bed attitude, for two days no clean service,when I want to the front office to ask for service the person was there sitting at the lobby and he just give a mean attitude and walk off , the next day in the morning when I saw him had gave me a attitude even I said good morning to him, I don’t feel safe in this hotel when they have worker like this! Not going back or recommend to anyone to stay in hotel. He skipped to clean my room in purpose in first day the next day when I asked for service he just walked off, and other person come to clean my room in the afternoon,

Booked a room with a queen bed, but it was only a double. The wifi wasnt working. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

It's a budget hotel so don't expect too much. Everything was fine: the AC, the shower, TV, the matress was a bit hard but it's ok for one night. The major negative point here is the cleanness of the room. The bed and the sheets were fine but there was dust on the floor in the corners of the room, the mirrors were dirty. The staff was cooperative.

The Lucky 9 hotel is a very nice quiet hotel. The staff is friendly & always available to help in the event you need anything. One of the greatest points about the Lucky 9 is their backup generator. In this part of the Philippines, "brownouts" are a most common occurrence. There is no loss of power at the Lucky 9 as the generator is always ready to go !!

Terrible no hot water staff not hepful will never stay there again

Bezeichnung Hotel ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Zimmer und Toilette bei Anreise nicht gereinigt (schlechter Geruch), auch später kein Zimmerservice. Kein Restaurant. Coffe shop ohne Kaffee-Auswahl. Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption nahm Mittagsschlaf.

Service is really good. Downside is there are ants in the room which can be quite annoying, make sure you don't have any food laying around. I love that the garage is right under the room, very easy access and it's helpful when it's raining. Very close to the Gaisano Mall which has fast food restaurants.

Tell room was nice but no hot water in the shower no water pressure in the shower and the shower itself was just hanging on the wall broke the floor was so dirty that when you walked on it barefoot the bottom of your foot was dirty and the power kept going on and off two or three times each night not for very long but every night it did and when they clean the room sometimes they forgot towels so we had to call up and get some brought to us

Quiet motel within walking distance of a mall and just a short tricycle ride from city hall and many businesses.
