Very good staff. Needs a little uplift in our room

Booked this hotel with a pool after all it is 40 degree here now drove there to find the pool closed and drained. Very disappointing not Expedia fault but I hear from other reviews of getting to a hotel and no pool also read about this hotel the reception guy is rude lol must be family because no one would put this guy in that position with his personality

View is amazing. Breakfast is basic.

Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel, great view. Really.. It's called Gin's Meakong View for a reason.
We stayed 4 nights in one of the love huts, rented scooters from the hotel and explored. Chilled out in the pool for a while after.
Ate some good food either at the hotel or at one of the stalls along the river (15min walk). Loved Chiang Saen and it's surroundings. Loved it!!

ทุกอย่าง ดีหมดเลย บรรยากาศ พนักงานต้อนรับ จนท. ทุกคน แต่อาหารเช้า ไส้กรอกกับแฮมไม่ถูกปากครับ รวมๆแล้วดีน่าไปพัก Location ก็ดีครับ ต้องไปพักอีกครั้งแน่

Great location. Great little room on river. That’s where it ends. The rooms need to be sprayed for bugs. The cleaners surely don’t need to start sweeping outside you bedroom with hard brooms at 7am. Don’t pay for breakfast as cold fried eggs and jock strained coffee is not worth exchanging for your hard earned cash. Pool was turning green really wanted a swim. Wouldn’t take much to pick up their game. The little things

Near river. Good location. Near food area. Near temple.

Positive point:
Hotel close to the river, near to the city town but rental car is better.
Nice staff, nice breakfast.

Negative point:
Found 1 cockroach in cabinet!

The hotel room is comfortable and provides beautiful river view It is conveniently located that eating places along river bank is within 20 minutes walking distance. My family enjoyed the stay there.

เข้าไปดึก ก็เลยเดินหลงๆในรีสอร์ทนิดหน่อยเพราะพนักงานใกล้เลิกงานแล้ว สภาพและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดี สวยงาม ราคาอาจสูงกว่าท้องถิ่นภาคอื่น เนื่องจากตัวเลือกไม่มาก แต่homestayแถวนั้นอาจเป็นทางเลือกใหม่สำหรับคนกระเป๋าน้อย

Gleich hinter der Stadtmauer Rtg Sop Ruak direkt am Mekong gelegene Anlage. Gepflegter Garten, netter kleiner Pool. Von der Terrasse der Unterkunft (hier "Hut of Love") kann man den Mekong fließen sehen - sehr schön. Ansonsten ist die Hütte eher "rustikal", d.h aus dünnen Holzwänden gebaut, sodass es nachts recht kühl wird. Unzureichende Beleuchtung, laute Bewässerungsanlage(ca 1,5h/d) direkt vor der Anlage. Frühstück o.k, freundliches Personal. Für das Gebotene zu teuer.

เราเข้าพักตอนเย็น ด้วยความหิวจึงเข้าทานอาหารก่อน และแจ้งพนักงานว่าพักที่นี่ พนักงานดูแลต้อนรับก็ดี แต่ไม่แนะนำเลย ว่าเป็นลูกค้าที่พัก ทานอาหารที่นี่ลด 15% เป็นรายละเอียดเล็กๆ ที่ทำให้จากประทับใจ กลายเป็นผิดหวังและไม่เซ็งมากๆ เมื่อได้รู้โปรโมชั่นนี้หลังจากที่ทานอาหารเส็ดและเดินไปรับกุญแจเข้าห้องพักแล้ว พนักงานควรทราบและแนะนำในจุดนี้นะครับ (หรือคิดรับแค่ขาจรก็ตามใจ คุณได้สิทธินั้นแล้วเพราะเราจะไม่มาอีก)

ไม่เป็นไรครับ เราได้บัตรลด 15% มา 2 ใบ เนื่องจากเราเข้าพักกัน 2 ห้อง ไอศกรีมเค้กที่นี่น่ากินครับ ตั้งใจว่าทานอาหารเช้าเส็ด จะทานเค้กไอศครีม และใช้บัตรลด 15%(ตอนนี้พนักงานแนะนำว่าใช้ได้) แต่สั่งแล้วหายไปพักใหญ่ มาแจ้งเราว่า ตู้ไอติมเปิดไม่ได้ครับ กุญแจอยู่ไหนไม่รุ้ เปิดขายอาหารและไม่พร้อมขาย ตั้งใจว่าจะได้กินตอนเช้าก็ไม่ได้กินครับ เซ็งครับ เดินทางต่อดีกว่าา

nice view. hotel is clean and quite.
