Schön aber lausiger Service!

Cons:

Das Hotel scheint relativ neu zu sein und ist schön gemacht.
Aber man hört alles im Zimmer von den Nachbarn neben und oben. Jeden Wasserhahn oder sogar Lift oder was das für Geräusche waren.
Aber das lausigste ist das sie bloss nur jeden zweiten Tag die Zimmer machen. Wenn ich 4 Sterne buche, generell ins Hotel gehe dann erwarte ich dies. Sonst kann ich auch mit dem Camper reisen. Schade für das schöne Hotel.

Would never recommend.

Staff was excellent.

Cons:

We stayed a week. Trash emptied, towel exchange, coffee setup, etc. only every other day. Not adequate!! We had to beg! Hotel advertises free breakfast but not true we paid $8. Plus for breakfast which was just sandwich, not great! Not convenient to the rest of Sarasota. Went down for what was supposed to be ice cream available to guests but cook was too busy to help us. Problem with management, not cook as he was alone to cook and serve ice cream.

St.Patricks Day in Sarasota
Pros:

Stayed at Aloft Sarasota 5 nights over St. Patricks Day. Great stay; beds comfortable and location very walkable to bayfront park and Main Street restaurants and bars. Only drawback was the hard doors to pull shut that made a lot of noise….but that was offset by the rooftop pool and bar and the billiard table and soft serve ice cream machine in the lobby. Travel hint: snag a Peanut Butter cup from the breakfast jellies for later and mix with the ice cream that night.
