Excellent séjour, hôtel bien situé et personnel très accueillant.
Pros:

J’ai apprécié l’excellent emplacement, à quelques minutes de la place Taksim et des transports en commun. Le personnel était très aimable, serviable et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et calme, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable.

Recomand doar pentru locația poziționată bine
Pros:

Locația este aproape de piața Taksim. Este pe o străduță liniștită.

Cons:

Mobilierul este vechi, accesoriile din baie stricate, nu sunt reparate, in prima zi am solicitat să se repare ușa de la baie, care nu se închidea, și nu a fost rezolvat nimic. Personal tânăr , fără experiență. Doar la solicitare ți se dădeau sticle cu apă. Micul dejun dezamagitor, simplu și repetitiv. Este singurul hotel in care nu am putut bea cafea dimineața, deoarece era o apă lungă colorată și cafetiera era mizerabilă.

Excellent location, it is close to metro and bus stations, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. The hospitality of staff was amazing, very helpful with our inquiries. It is clean and photos match reality.

Prix trop élevé pour la qualité du logement
Pros:

- Bon emplacement
- Petit dej correct
- Personnel sympathique
- Rue calme et joliment éclairée

Cons:

- le parquet à l’entrée était gondolé (dégât des eaux antérieur sûrement)
- Salle de bain salle (joints + poussière)
- Finitions bâclées (peinture, joints, lampe)
- Balcon sale (poussière, caca de pigeon, tâches jaunes)
- Ménage mal fait (lit fait une fois sur deux, coussins souvent pas fait, lit fait mais mal ranger).
- Mauvais restock des produits (shampoing oui mais jamais eu de gel douche)
- j’ai pris la suite censée être « luxueuse » mais la qualité ne suit pas
- Clim qui marche moyennement
- Prix trop élevé pour l’état de la chambre
- Cuvette des toilettes de travers
- Évacuation de douche non inclinée donc mauvaise évacuation d’eau
- Tâches sur les draps en arrivant le premier jour
- Pas de moustiquaire
