The staff we interacted with was fine but the condition of the building is deteriorating and not a place I’ll stay again
Pros:

Check in was easy, especially with pre-arrival check in option. It was in a quiet location near several amenities. No noises from other guests.

Cons:

1. There was no lock on our door.
2. The curtains are so long they cover the heater so we slept with the heat off due to it being a safety hazard.
3. The “Dove” shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom is not Dove, it was a watered down solution of some sort that smelled mouldy.
4. There is a step up into the bathroom and it gets you in the toes every single time. There should be a slope or at least a light or some sort of indicator it’s there.

We got back to our room late after an event and didn’t have time to switch rooms, so I haven’t rated the property as low as I would have with the condition. However, there’s no reason a guest should feel they are sleeping in a fire hazard or without working locks.

Les lits n’étaient pas confortables et les murs avaient du tape dans le
Coin pour masquer un bris. La toilette faisait du bruit et le petit déjeuner très ordinaire. De plus, pas de bac pour la machine a glace mais des verres en plastique.

L’emplacement(proximité de la place Bell et commodités a proximité (épicerie, resto, etc,), le petit déjeuner était bien!

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas dans la même bâtisse que le « front desk » et l’emplacement du petit déjeuner… c’est un peu déplaisant l’hiver. Aussi, bien que les chambres soient propres, il y a de la moisissure dans les salles de bain.

Pros:

Le déjeuner était bon et il y avait une bonne sélection d’aliments.

Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre à 2 lits queen et on m’a donné initialement une chambre à 1 lit double fumeur sans m’offrir de me rembourser la différence. On nous a changé de chambre, mais le confort était minimal et l’état des murs et de la tapisserie était à peine passable. La direction devait me rappeler pour le remboursement et je n’ai jamais eu de retour.
