Breakfast was hot, and the location were good
Upon checking in late at night, we were allotted Room 401. When we entered, the temperature in the room was nearly 30 degrees Celsius, if not higher. None of the climate control systems were functioning. When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that the maintenance team was completely unavailable to address the issue.
As a solution, we were offered an alternative room on an upper floor. However, we were then told that the elevator was completely out of order. Having my little ones with me, alongside all of our heavy luggage, I was forced to carry everything up the stairs late at night.
To make matters worse, when we finally reached the second room, we discovered that the door was completely unlocked. Walking into an unsecured room late at night with young children was a major safety concern and deeply unsettling. While the temperature in this second room was at least manageable, the entire experience left us feeling highly uncomfortable and incredibly frustrated.

It is clean and the breakfast is good
The shower was broken, we had a telescopic shower head and the holder was broken. We had to hold the shower head whole shower or ask one another to hold it.

La chambre ; elles ont besoin d'amour, la chambre très défraichie, les murs tout craquelés, ou papier peint qui décolle, télé/internet non fonctionnel.
Séchoir cassé, les savons côté douche à l'extérieur de la douche et au-dessus du papier hygiénique....
La porte n'avait plus sa barrure de sécurité par l'intérieur.
Le p'tit déjeuner laissait à désirer avec la saucisse encore très rosée et blanche, des oranges style à jus pas agréables à manger, aucun vrai jus ; seulement des boissons aux fruits, un choix assez limité et de mauvais goût.
La propreté des lieux . C était bien
Alarme à incendie qui a sonné à plus de 3 h du matin créant une panique généralisée. Franchement nous n avons plus trouvé le sommeil. Je me suis retrouvée au hall avec mon peignoirs
