Sehr gute Lage, ansprechendes Design, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Escapade à l'hôtel Simon
Pros:

Personnel avenant à la réception. J'ai bien aimé qu'on puisse accéder à la bagagerie en attendant d'avoir accès à notre chambre. Nous avons aussi apprécié d'avoir notre accès au wifi avant de pouvoir nous rendre à notre chambre. Le déjeuner est vraiment bon. Il y a beaucoup de choix et tout le monde peut y trouver son bonheur.

Cons:

Ça sent l'humidité. Partout. Ce n'est pas agréable. De plus, j'ai trouvé indécent que l'on me charge 10 euros supplémentaires pour que l'on mange à notre chambre le samedi soir alors que je faisais moi-même le "room service". Mon mari étant malade, nous voulions éviter de contaminer les autres convives. Après cette expérience, on a choisi de déjeuner avec tous le lendemain matin. Il y a des limites à vouloir protéger les gens et payer des frais pour prendre soin de son prochain...

Great stay let down by services and service levels in the bat and restaurant

Location for carnival was excellent

Cons:

We did not feel the level of services and timings of the bar and restaurant were commensurate with the standard of the hotel. With the exception of the reception staff and the service from staff in the restaurant and bar fell below expectation and could be significantly improved in customer service training

Nice first visit to Fort-de-France
Pros:

Clean, modern, well-equipped, spacious room. Easy walk to central Fort-de-France. Quiet. Easy underground parking at a reasonable price.

Cons:

The room was quite expensive, as was the optional breakfast (which we decided not to eat).
