Ok stay but overprized
Pros:

Nice room with comfortable bed. Good shower. Nice coffee.

Cons:

It's overprized for what it is. The room though nice could do with a bit of freshening up. I expected a proper balcony but it was just a juliet balcony.

Pros:

Le restaurant, aliment de bonne qualité, mais portions très petites pour le prix

Cons:

Air climatisé, limite fonctionnel, propreté, laisse vraiment à désirer
Odeur dans les espaces communs d’humidité
Nous avons dû faire changer les draps à notre arrivée qui étaient souillé

A long way to go to become a four star hotel
Pros:

Hotel hardware are in place. Location of the hotel is great with a pleasant view.

Cons:

Food choices were really bad, breakfast was ok at best. Both my Parents' room and my room had issues with the safe. I had to call the front desk numerous time to have the safe open by hotel staff as our passports were locked. Air conditioning were reduced in the middle of the night.

Clean, comfortable hotel with great breakfast, would stay again.
Pros:

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The room was comfortable and everything felt fresh. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety and good quality food. Overall a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The entrance is on the ground floor but reception is on level 2, so at times there can be a bit of a wait to access the hotel or get upstairs, which was slightly inconvenient.

Een dikke tegenvaller

De vriendelijkheid van het restaurant-personeel.

Cons:

Aan de receptie werden we uitgelachen. We hadden gevraagd naar communicerende kamers, maar hiermee was geen rekening gehouden.
Onze kamer stonk daarenboven naar sigaretten, en geen klein beetje!
De badkamer was niet echt proper, het vuil was samengekoekt in de hoeken.
Op dag van vertrek mag je de kamer houden tot 12.00 u. Echter, toen we na ontbijt, ca. 10.30 u op onze kamer kwamen, waren de handdoeken vervangen, evenals het beddegoed en de afvalbakken waren geledigd!
Het restaurant, tevens ontbijtruimte, heeft enkel lage tafels. Niet echt praktisch om comfortabel van je maaltijd te genieten ...

l'emplacement

Cons:

La climatisation était en panne pendant tout le séjour de 9 nuits. J'ai été "déclassée" dans une chambre au nord pour avoir moins chaud mais du coup je n'avais plus la vue mer pour laquelle j'avais payé un supplément. Je n'ai eu aucun dédommagement pour ces désagréments à part le parking ..... La situation de la chambre vue ville était bien moins agréable et nous avons eu chaud malgré cela pendant le séjour. Je n'avais pas pris un hôtel de cette catégorie pour cela. J'attendais de la part de l'hôtel un véritable geste commercial comme me proposer les petites déjeuners par exemple ou un remboursement partiel.au moins pour le changement de catégorie de chambre... à ce jour rien
