Relaxte gastvrije sfeer
Pros:

Super ruime kamer op de 1e etage. Airco. Aardig ontvangen door naamgenoot achter de bar/receptie, sowieso heel vriendelijk personeel. Je kon geen ontbijt boeken. Toch was er verrassend lekkere gratis koffie, thee, sap, croissantjes met jam en eitje in de ochtend. Centraal gelegen vlakbij station, tegenover Limburg museum en vlakbij het Pieterpad.

Cons:

Er was wat weinig licht in de badkamer. Ook was er geen koelkastje of waterkoker op de kamer. Was bekend, maar zou deze fijne plek helemaal afmaken.
Ieder had twee grote kussens, die waren wel erg hoog.

Parabens! Teem um Staff muito simpático
Pros:

Tinham sítio para guardar as bicicletas
Tinha Ar condicionado a funcionar bem e sem barulho
Pequeno almoço simples, sem pão, mas com fruta , croissants e café bom. E a senhora da manga fez o melhor Cappuccino da região!😍

Cons:

A posição da cama no quarto . Tinha de passar por cima da outra pessoa para sair ou ir ao WC

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The location is very central - close to the train station, restaurants and in the main town of Venlo. The hotel staff is nice.

Cons:

The rooms are very dirty - carpets smell, washroom didn’t appear to be clean. I stayed in room 1107 and spotted insets and cockroaches. They really need to change the carpets as the smell is awful.

Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, ontbijt concept vond ik wel aardig, wel jammer dat er geen jus d'orange bij in zat en dit weer exra moest betaald worden.

Cons:

kamer was erg eenvoudig en niet erg handig (bed voor het raam, om gordijnen te openen moest je over het bed klimmen. Ook raar dat je een "upgrade" kunt bij bestellen voor bijvoorbeeld een extra tafeltje op je kamer zodat je rustig kunt werken. Heel vreemd concept.
