Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.
No official breakfast but fantastic croissants and great coffee!

Cons:

Bed design - comfortable but built into the wall so u had to climb over the other person in the bed.

Venlo - Ideal für Shoppingtrip

Super Lage...direkt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof...Innenstadt/ Fußgängerzone direkt ums Eck...es gibt Morgens ein kleines Frühstück in Form von Kaffe & Croissants ( kann nix dazu sagen, hab ich nicht in Anspruch genommen)...Personal sehr freundlich...Zimmer eigentlich echt cool gemacht,ganz spartanisch... Bett ist riesig...aber...

Hier kommt das Aber...eine ebenso riesige Zudecke, die unter die Matratze gesteckt war...um da drunter zu kommen, hat man das komplette Bett incl. Bettlaken abgezogen...bissle nervig...Dann gibt's keinerlei Toilettenartikel ( Duschgel, Fön, Kosmetiktücher)- muss man beim Check-In gleich sagen was man braucht...In meinem Zimmer ist am Waschbecken das Wasser nicht abgelaufen ( blöd, aber net schlimm)...Was mich ( als Soloreisende Frau) gestört hat, war der doch sehr große Spalt unten an der Türe ( kenn ich aus anderen Hotels so nicht)

De familiekamer met stapelbed voor de kinderen biedt goede bedden, is stil gelegen, heeft verduisterende gordijnen en een prima klimaatregulatie. Er is geen ontbijt maar in de ochtend krijg je een vers gebakken croissant, koffie/thee en fruit.

Cons:

Wat ongezellig ingerichte kamer, maar dat werd goed gecompenseerd door de gezellige bar/lobby/receptie

Bilo je izuzetno cisto, i svideli su mi se detalji poput natpisa na vratima, veoma zabavno!

Cons:

Dorucak je bio posluzen na sanku i nije bilo mnogo izbora, nesto se moralo i doplatiti, a u sobi nije bio minibar.

De kamer, locatie in centrum en het uitstekende bed.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was karig, alleen croissants als broodjes. De oven kan toch ook gebruikt worden om pistoletjes af te bakken? Dan is er iets meer keus.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend um alles schnell und fußläufig zu erreichen

* Datenschutz Vorfall / Phishing

Vorab schon eine Nachricht bekommen, das Hotel hatte einen Datenschutz Vorfall und meine Daten wurden gehackt. Hatte in der Zwischenzeit schon Phishing Versuch mit link über WhatsApp. Mittlerweile auch Nachricht von booking, unbefugter Zugriffsversuch auf mein Konto.

Seitens des Hotels keinerlei entgegenkommen bzgl. einer Entschädigung in Form eines Upgrades oder zumindwst eines Getränkes an der Bar.

Eine Aufrichtige Entschuldigung mit einem Cocktail hätte zwar den Diebstahl meiner Daten nicht wett gemacht, aber vielleicht den Ärger darüber gemildert.
Verhalten insgesamt sehr unprofessionell

wir haben leider unseren Zimmernachbarn schnarchen gehört.

*Zimmerreinigung
ist an beiden Tagen erst spät Nachmittags gekommen als wir aus der Stadt zurück waren und uns eigentlich ausruhen wollten.

*Ausstattung
Kein Hocker/ Nachttischkästchen am Bett. Ich konnte nicht mal meine Brille oder das Telefon ablegen

*Toilette hat nur eine offene Glasverkleidung.
Keinerlei Intimsphäre bzgl. na ihr wisst schon ;)

* kein Fester zu öffnen

*kein Haarfön im Badezimmer

Een prima verblijf in een leuk hotel in het gezellige centrum van Venlo.
Pros:

Mr. Jigs is een gezellig hotel in het centrum van Venlo en vlakbij het station. De ontvangst ruimte is modern en gezellig ingericht. De kamer is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed is prima en schoon net als de badkamer met inloopdouche die met een glazen wand van het slaapgedeelte wordt gescheiden, heel apart maar wel leuk. Lift is aanwezig en mooi uitzicht op de stad. Personeel is vriendelijk en attent, ontbijt bestaat uit koffie, thee en heerlijke croissants. Er wordt overdag en 's avonds veel georganiseerd dus er is voor ieder wat wils. Op loopafstand van de Maaspoort dus perfect voor een korter en/of langer verblijf in Venlo.

Cons:

Niets, alles was prima. Ik kom hier graag nog eens terug.

Pros:

Friendly staff very clear

Cons:

No tea or coffee no kettle no complementary water ,shampoo or shower jell . The only thing was a small bar of soap. We have stayed in many hotels in Venlo and these have always been provided free , also you can't open the window as its one fixed unit.
