Pros:

Genoten van de heerlijke suite. Een en al luxe. Ik zou slechts een klein ontbijtje zijn in de morgen, maar dat bleek meer dan genoeg om de ochtend door te komen. Dank ook aan het vriendelijke personeel.

Leider haben wir das Gefühl, dass wir hinsichtlich der Qualität dieses Hotels und seiner Leistungen getäuscht wurden. Angesichts des Preises, den wir bezahlt haben, sind wir über die aktuelle Situation äußerst überrascht und sehr enttäuscht.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Badezimmers ist völlig unzumutbar und entspricht überhaupt keinem akzeptablen Standard. Auch das Zimmer selbst entspricht keineswegs dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel erwarten kann. Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr unzufrieden und enttäuscht und erwarten, dass schnellstmöglich eine angemessene Lösung für dieses Problem gefunden wird.

Zimmer wie in der Beschreibung und entsprechend den Bildern. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

Mr Jigs is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !
Pros:

Omgeving, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en dan chapeau voor het hele hotel! Zeer nette kamers met fijne bedden dus in de ochtend was ik nog steeds blij ;)

Cons:

Een theetje of koffie op de kamer zou heel erg fijn zijn ;)

Really nice hotel
Pros:

The room was really comfortable and the staff really welcoming. The breakfast was really basic but really good!

Cons:

The soap and shampoo are only available on request and there is no fridge available (neither in the room nor in a commun area)

Zoals de vorige keer, een fijn verblijf middenin het centrum van Venlo
Pros:

Heel centraal en leuke mensen die er werken.

Cons:

Ik vond de kamer wel prima, maar niet supermooi. Het stapelbed stond in een soort minikamertje en als je de deur daarvan dichtdeed, werd het er heel benauwd.

Fijn verblijf, leuke stad, goede locatie.
Pros:

We zijn een nacht in het hotel verbleven. We kregen een upgrade naar een luxe kamer. Fijne kamer, uitzicht richting het park. In het park waren op dat moment de Zomer Park Feesten gaande. Fijn om er zo dicht op te zitten, als je van een beetje reuring houdt. Prima kunnen slapen, ondanks veel feestgangers in de nacht. Weinig tot geen overlast gehad.

Badkamer wil ik bijzonder noemen. Een volledig glazen badkamer met ongeveer één meter aan melkglas. Het biedt niet heel veel privacy, mocht je met iemand anders dan je partner op hotel zijn.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Innenstadt mit all seinen Möglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ist es ruhig und entspannend.

Cons:

Es gab nur süßes Frühstück. Wir hatten eine laute Wasserleitung, die uns bei jeder Toilettenbenutzung der Nachbarn weckte.
