Golden Tulip Belitung

I chose this hotel for its sea-view rooms with a balcony. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The newly renovated restaurant feels pleasant and comfortable, with nice colors, bright lighting, and comfortable seating. The food selection is decent, though there is room to expand the variety and offer more localized options. Additionally, it would be helpful to ensure that cutlery is available at every section, particularly in the dessert area, where small spoons or forks should be provided.

One point to note is bed cleanliness. Please ensure that bed sheets and blankets are thoroughly cleaned before guest check-in. In my case, the bed sheets were not clean, with visible shoe marks, and the blanket did not smell fresh.

On a positive note, the cleaning service responded promptly after I contacted the receptionist, which I appreciate. However, I hope this issue will not occur again, as it gives the impression that the room was not properly cleaned after the previous guest’s stay.

All good meeting room fasilities, great view during break time, nice taste start from coffee break and lunch.. thanks to all golden tulip crew for provide our meeting for 2 days. Thanks to mas aam its very charming up during serve.

The hotel is OK, nice location as it is near to the city center. General service is good, but there food & presentation is less than perfect. Food is not tasty, too salty, and cooking is bland. Currently there is ongoing renovation, hence it is quite dusty outside the facility. Rachel is good & concerned about quality.

Have my valentine dinner here. Nice view, nice ambient, nice service with romantic song and beautiful decoration.
Ahh not forget to mention about the dishes ... it's good

The room is clean and neat, no other problem in the room, and helpful guidance and tips with Ms. Rachel.

The brakfast is good, with not so many variant, but they change the menu every time and every day, so i guess with stay for over a night, it's a good choice to stay with breakfast.

Everything is ok, the food is good, the room is good, the service is excelent, near to the beach and jogging track.
Rachel is one of the staff who guide us in breakfast time, she is really friendly and helpfull, she prepare me a cup of Jamu, she is really nice staff.

Family package dinner Merasuki & Grill was Amazing, food was perfect,taste delicious, The portion was perfect, Sunset View during dinner and staf so friendly and Helpful Specially Nadila she was Amazing,
Definitely will come Back and will recommend to other Family & Friends

Just a few steps away to Pantai Tanjung Pendam (Note: Cost IDR3,000 to access to the beach).
About 10mins walk to Satam Square.

Hampir keseluruhan oke, hanya saja kurang komunikatif, karena saya pesan kamar dengan breakfast, tetpai orderan yang masuk tidak dapat breakfast, dan katanya mau segera dikonfirmasi, tetapi tidak ada konfirmasi sama sekali

I have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in a family room with my husband and 2 children. The hotel and services were great. The room is spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The bath room is also clean, but there was some water leaking from somewhere near the closet. The hotel location is also good, in the middle of the city. In overall, my family and I love this hotel.

Hotel room was fine, check in service staff good, even managed to get us transport to watch the eclipse at short notice. Restaurant staff inexperienced but pleasant.

Very pleased with this choice of Hotel . New hôtel, large and spacious room, 2min from the beach Pandam. Close to inner city. I visited for the Eclipse and wanted a scooter to roam around . All was booked everywhere, still, staff managed to arrange one for me. Staff extremely helpful. Very good food at the hotel restaurant (but smallish portions) Only drawback: my stay was too short. I loved Belitung ;)
