There's no lift, no window, no toiletries. You can ask for soap but they'll give you small soap bars

The hotel was very basic but it had everything I needed. There was a restaurant nearby and a few convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rates were very cheap given the locale. Wasn’t easy to get Grab or a taxi, but there was a nearby MRT station a 15-minute walk away. I would stay there again.

Counter servicer very impolite. They also cancel booking and say no rooms even i had been call and inform them.

There were no electric kettle to even boil water... Shower was broken in the previous room and TV cannot change language... There were no housekeeping at both rooms we stayed... Thank Hod they gave another room after the shower malfunctioned in the previous room... The location was not comfortable... Only one staff was friendly and the other guy staffs looked at us like something else... But at least there was shops nearby to buy the essentials... Overall the stay was ok except for the hotel services and facilities....

Very poor .. booking by online hotel when reach to location the reception said hotel close off and have to go another hotel in another area with same boss .. still mange to stay but the hotel not clean no lock to bathroom door mosquitoes at nite until cant sleep at all Peace off .. please before let them register hotel check it 1st the facilities and the condition..

Never provide at all a boiling pot or flusk for hot water..overall not bad.

Once I enter the room, the whole floor are sticky.. i need to wipe by myself. There is bad smell in the room. Like a cigarette smoke smell. I need to inhale it for one night. This hotel cleanliness really need a major improvement.

Place was secluded. Hotel sign board was just a banner. No toiletries, soap or shampoo. Took 30 mins to verify my booking. Decided not to stay and left the place instead.
