Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and good-value stay with only minor drawbacks.
Pros:

The bed was big and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was fairly clean and good for the value, and I was glad there was hot water. They also provided the basic amenities, the towels were clean, and overall everything felt clean and worth the price.

The location is okay. It is not in the best part of town, but it is very close to many of the main sights and also near a few metro stops. As long as you are comfortable taking Ubers and do not mind staying outside the city center or Polanco, it is a perfectly fine option for the value.

Cons:

The main downside is that there is no AC, but Mexico City usually has a fairly temperate climate. It can get a little cold at night, though, and asking for an extra sheet solved that problem right away.

Buena y acogedora
Pros:

Habitación amplia

Cons:

Baño, en el sanitario habia escape de agua y en la ducha no hay para colgar ropa. Debajo del mueble del tv no habian hecho aseo (habian rastros de comida)

la ubicación es buena, la atención increíble, pero el baño no estaba tan bien, se tapaba la regadera, y la limpieza de la habitación no era tan limpia, todo lo demás perfecto

Pros:

El lugar super limpio, las camas super comodas, las habitaciones muy amplias, muy facil y practico el Check-in/check-out, comida, etc... todo nos gustó bastante

Cons:

No pudieron encontrar el control de la TV, afortunadamente no la ibamos a necesitar, talvez sería bueno tener un metodo un poco mas practico con esto, pero en general todo exelente.

Que es difícil que salga agua caliente, los sonidos traspasan muy fácilmente desde fuera hacia dentro, la televisión tiene poca calidad de imagen

Pros:

La habitación es amplia y está muy bien ubicado el hotel lo que lo hace accesible a todos lados

Cons:

El personal deja que desear, solo la señora de recepción por la mañana era amable, los demas son mamones y nada atentos, adicional a qué para apagar las luces del cuarto se tiene que apagar la conexión eléctrica lo que provoca no poder cargar celulares o ver televisión sin que este prendida la luz
