The apartment was spacious and clean, the beds good and the bathroom nice.
The facilities in the kitchen however are basic. There are no mugs (bigger cups) and a watercooker is missing.
There also was no hair dryer.
Improve facilities in the kitchen with a watercooker and several mugs. Add a hair dryer.

- Aufgrund einer Überbuchung des Hotel Aarau West musste ich das Hotel wechseln, resp. ins Hotel Zofingen
- Sie sagten mir dass das Zimmer im August storniert wurde, obwohl ich es im Mai schon gebucht habe.
- Obwohl ich ein Appartement gebucht habe, bekam ich in Zofingen ein Einzelzimmer 8m2 klein
- Sehr unfreundliche und schwache Reception

Keine Ausstattung. Keine Handseife, kein Föhn, nichts...
Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Buffet war sehr vielseitig und die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen ausgezeichnet. Auch die Möglichkeit, nebenan im Restaurant zu speisen.
Leider war die Auswahl an Tellern und Tassen für mögliche Selbstversorger nicht so gross. Vermisst haben wir auch einen Riegel bei der Ausgangs-Türe, damit allfällige Nachtwandler nicht plötzlich nachts auf dem Flur stehen.

Nice location and good basic apartment style hotel. My only complaint is the base minimum ammenities. The only thing provided is a basic towel set and dish/pot and pan set. No dish soap. No toiletries.
Kitchen is very basic. 2 burner cook top and oven and a small refrigerator. No microwave. No coffee maker.
Cleaning is done once a week. But that is not an issue.
Nice and quiet area with plenty of parking. There is 1 clothes washer and dryer available for free usage based on volunteer reservation list in the basement laundry room. Overall it provides the basic necessities and is comfortable but you will need to fill in the blanks if you are spending any amount of time there.
Apartment, location was excellent & clean! Apartment did not have a kettle or hairdryer but didn’t damper the holiday. Bistro restaurant was really good and staff very friendly! Would stay again!
